An excellent experience, in a hotel where we stayed in spacious rooms overlooking the sea, with comfortable beds, which allowed us to rest from the very active life we had in Corsica. But the best of all was breakfast, which we paid for separately. The experience began with the crockery, which we later discovered was made of clay, not only because of its design but also because it was made in a factory in Batalha, Portugal, which has been in business for over 100 years. Then, the coffee and latte, long and tasty, the bread, crispy and soft, very fresh, the sheep and goat cheeses, some of the best I've tasted on the island, the orange juice, freshly squeezed, the fruit, and the fruit salad, with a touch of mint, a variety of teas, sausages and hams and so on. The view over the bay is magnificent and the weather helped us enjoy being there. I would like to add the friendliness of the staff, even a little better than in other places we were on the island.
