I love this hotel, much much better than expected. It’s worth the price and performs above this level. Room is decent, a little bit distance from train station but very safe walking because it’s near the business area. Reception people are nice, I didn’t expect to see them in the midnight. Thanks for the hard work.

Service was good with nice and responsive staff. Location was good. Bare bones hotel.

酒店離市區主要景點近，提前辦理入住手續，行李放在前台，晚上回來行李已經放在房間，電梯較小較慢，盧塞恩酒店整體性價比低。

酒店位置很好，步行因特拉肯西300米，前台服務很熱情，房間很乾凈，有免費下午茶和免費室內公交卡，早餐也不錯，總之性價比挺高的。

房間很乾凈，床鋪也不錯 衞生間在外面也很乾凈，就是稍顯不便 但是早餐超預期了，這個價格還是值得 離湖邊也近

離車站不算近，深夜抵達步行還是有點可怕的。公交車的話需要等一會。 住的無衞生間的單人間，所以睡前和起床後要穿睡衣去外面上廁所。 房間有燒水壺，有洗手池。

乾淨整潔，房間看出去是一個小院子，很安靜。離中央車站也不遠，步行10多分鐘可達

周圍較安靜，早餐種類豐富

I spent only one night in Luzern and this place was comfortable for my family. Room was quite big and crib for the baby has been provided for free. I really appreciated car parking in the area (paid ad extracost), the elevator and the breakfast.

A great hotel in a quiet area! We particularly enjoyed: 1. The area - close enough to the train station to walk (with very clear directions provided by the hotel when we booked), but very quiet (our room had a view of the mountains with lovely windows that opened up fully). Also easy to catch the bus only a block or two from the hotel, directly to the train station and boat dock; 2. Fantastic breakfast (contrary to other reviews, I did not find variety to be a problem), and good quality - we particularly loved the colourful boiled eggs and the friendly greeting from staff in the mornings. The breakfast room is light and spacious - great to sit next to the window for a bit of atmosphere and a view. Excellent coffee; 3. Super friendly lady on reception (I think her name is Sylvia) who greeted us so cheerily when we went out in the evening; 4. Simple no-fuss and spacious room (ours had a private bathroom) which was very clean. The building is old, but so is Switzerland ;-) It added to the charm. Super comfortable beds and bedding. No TV, but you don’t need to watch tv when you are in such a beautiful place! Shower has good pressure and lots of hot water - soap and towels etc provided by the hotel; 5. The price! Excellent value for money. Our recommendation: 1. An in-room safe would be welcomed. Thank you Hôtel Alpha, we will definitely stay again next time!

The rooms are clean and spacious but basic - no decoration or carpet, no tv or coffee maker. Breakfast is included and is adequate but with not much variety. Staff are polite and helpful. It’s a short walk into the centre of town. A good place to stay for a night or two.

I think very good hotel and in Swiss terms value for money. I appreciate the breakfast and the staff very nice. Would recommend…. - google map says 800 metres from station…it’s a very flat and easy walk .. - it’s in a quiet area. I left window open all night. No issue.

Two of us got a triple room. It’s just nice for us but it will be squeezy for 3. There’s a sink in our room and the pipe made funny loud noises. Hair dryer provided in the room. Shared bathroom and toilets are modern and clean. Appreciate the free breakfast as food is so expensive in Switzerland. No toiletries in the bathroom - bring your own. Many buses to and fro and just a few stops to Lucerne train station and old town. It’s possible to walk if you like - about 2 over km. Bus rides are free for tourists - show your hotel booking if there’s a bus conductor. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood away from busy roads but easy to walk from bus stop. Overall this is a nice budget hotel I’d recommend

This is not a typical hotel. It was previously a staff quarter so the design & layout is different. However it is a decent & clean property. Was unable to find something reasonable near lake area in peak July so this was decent find. Value for money & clean. Short walk to train station. Away from touristy buzz. Breakfast was nice. No ceiling fans but standing fans available. Room was comfortable & basic. Morning reception person was friendly but evening was ok. Diverse guest type from solo to family to work to holiday. Diverse room type available. We were in a triple room with ensuite bathroom & it was decent. Lift available. No restaurant service except breakfast. Don't go if you are looking for a hotel style stay with holiday or family vibe. Think of it as a modern hostel with quiet neighbourhood. Clean comfortable & safe. Value for money in Lucerne. No regret. Nice find.
