Met friends for lunch, food was average and they had already run out of some roasts by 2pm. Staff were quite surly apart from 1 aussie girl who was lovely. stayed the night, room was comfy and clean and £150 for the night. Breakfast was really poor, the choice is english cooked, veggie version, vegan version or egg on toast. Cooked breakfast tasted and looked like it was cooked the day before, served and prepared by a bloke who seemed like we were keeping him from doing other things, shame really as its a nice place, just not run very well. breakfast needs more choices (fruit, cereals, toast and jam, juices, pastries). £150 room and a two bob breakfast. probably try somewhere else for the next meet up. Oh and the Palmers gold beer is like dishwater, avoid.

Came for drinks and chill Amazing service from the wonderful staff Saturday afternoon and busy but the girls were all accommodating with cocktails that weren’t on the menu Very friendly staff a credit to your business Kelsey if that’s how you spell it ? Great service all round If o hadn’t of booked food elsewhere I would of had it here as was I saw coming out looked really good 😊

Went for lunch and spent £104 on 4 roast dinners and 4 drinks. Wouldn’t have minded but after waiting for almost 1 hour for the food to arrive the roast dinners (all 4) were luke warm and not much on the plate. We had roast beef, 2 small slices, half a potato cut in half (2 roast potatoes) 3 slices of carrot, 1 slice of parsnip, red cabbage, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding. We did complain and they warmed the food up, but very disappointed with the amount and the fact it was almost cold. Waitress was very apologetic. Would not recommend this place for food.
