Perfect hotel, great location!

Standard campanile hotel,Close to the tram station and underground station.15min to Gare and 5min walk to the centre.

The hotel is located near the city center but the neighborhood looks dangerous l better don’t go out in the night. Parking wasn’t available either. When we checked in at the hotel we found the room we were given wasn’t clean after previous visitors which was quite disappointing. Also the rooms have bad smell and amenities are quite poor

Location is good for transport bars restaurants and so on but also different kinds of people crowded. Friendly staff. Comfortable stay .

Everything there is good, but the location is not the best. Do not go back too late though.

Although our covid test result was positive, they did not cancel our reservation. they did not understand. When we reached the hotel and talked to them, they said they would help us, but they did not help in any way. that's why you shouldn't stay in such an unsympathetic hotel.

Reception is good, room is good, air conditioning is the best. Everything is good

設施：酒店比較小，房間出了一張床一個咖啡機沒啥了 服務：服務非常好，前台和餐廳的人都很熱情 環境：環境乾淨 整體來説位置優越，周邊步行夜景很美，但是還有更好的選擇

酒店的位置比較方便，離Tramway一號線的Guillotiere比較近，走路三四分鐘。旁邊還有12路公交到Bellecour。房間和衞生間大小都可以，酒店也算乾淨，環境還不錯。注意房間裏沒有保險箱，沒有行李架，有燒水壺，但是沒有勺子，杯具全都是一次性的紙杯，房間裏沒有抽紙，不太方便。我住在四樓，兩邊的房間都有幾個台階，需要抬起行李上去，也不太方便（圖片最後兩張）。酒店的前台服務中規中矩，年齡比較年輕，所以應該不太知道怎麼樣更好地和客人交流，但是衹要你問問題，他們都會回答你。比如登記入住時前台忘記告訴我酒店WIFI密碼和怎樣打前台電話，房間裏也沒有説明，我衹能下樓到前台去問。其它還好。

展會期間定的，每晚2400多、這個在中國150都貴了，唉，里昂展會季房間太難定了。 辦理入住時，想收我2次城市税，也許他忙糊塗了，早餐太一般。前台可以換硬幣。 附近有一個麥當勞可以對付吃飯，但是外出務必小心手機拿好，周圍不算安全。 還在地鐵還算近，去展會坐幾站地鐵換電車直達。
