The service is excellent, and the environment is great But it would be better if it can provide a bottle of water

I got there and we realized I had actually reserved the following day. The young lady behind the counter did not make me feel like a dork, but made everything work with a smile. I’ll be back.

Well... it is not the most attractive hotel in the world, but it's very close to the airport, reasonably clean, but I'd say it is overpriced for a building that resembles a barrack or portacabin for highway workers (no disrespect to soldiers or the workers - but they don't pay close to 100 euros a night :-)

Pour le prix, c'était parfait. Petit déjeuner complet, tout ce qu'il faut. Peut être la salle un peu petite mais bon ça tourne. Grand parking Literie confortable Je recommande vivement pour un arrêt pour les vacances

Top emplacement près de l aéroport ! 10 minutes excellent accueil ! Hôtel propre ! Bon resto ! Je recommande vivement pour une soirée avec un vol le lendemain ! Chambre propre, café en chambre ! Belle terrasse en restaurant . What else ? Les présidents 😉

Chambre agréable et personnel sympathique, literie très bonne, mais : - heureusement que je savais que mon petit-déjeuner était inclus dans ma réservation, on m'a demandé 12 euros pour le prendre (que je n'ai pas payé mais si je ne l'avais pas su, j'aurais payé cette somme pour rien) - pas d'ascenseur (personnellement, ça ne m'a pas gênée même si ma chambre était au 2e et dernier étage, mais il faut le savoir, pour demander une chambre à un niveau plus bas si on a des difficultés ou de lourdes valises) - j'avais demandé un grand lit et je me retrouve avec 2 lits simples accolés. Si on dort au milieu, on sent les 2 bords des matelas, c'est moyennement agréable. Et ça n'est pas une question d'hôtel complet, il était au contraire presque vide ! - pas de bouteille d'eau d'accueil dans la chambre comme il était pourtant mentionné sur la porte (je l'ai signalé à l'accueil et on m'en a donné une avec le sourire) - plus de papier toilette dans le dévidoir (ce qui prouve que ça n'a pas été vérifié). heureusement, il y avait un rouleau entamé sur l'étagère au-dessus - l'isolation phonique est moyenne, j'ai été réveillée par la porte de la salle de bain d'une chambre voisine qui grinçait - la housse de couette avait 2 taches, probablement du sang, sur le bord, extérieur heureusement, mais enfin ça n'est pas très agréable non plus... - et enfin, le petit déjeuner n'est servi que jusqu'à 9h00, ce qui est un peu gênant en cas d'arrivée tardive. je me suis présentée à 8h35, il manquait certaines choses, et ne restait que très peu d'autres (pain, viennoiseries...). J'ai pris la dernière crêpe et j'en aurais bien voulu d'autres.

We arrived at about 10pm due to problems with the cross channel ferries, but were reassured by the idea that there was 24 hour access to this hotel. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were unable to check in. The machine at the entrance was broken (someone had smashed the screen) and it was so dark that we didn't immediately see a note attached to it which gave a phone number to call instead. We were unable to get into the car park because there were two barriers with pin pads. We managed to get through both eventually when other people arrived. Once we got in, we were stuck since we couldn't leave so we had to wait for other people to come in. There was no response to our pressing the help button on the intercom and the person I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful. I understand that I don't speak French very well, but I try and the person speaking to me made no effort to speak more slowly so that I could understand what he was saying. He hung up on my wife. When I got a fluent french speaking friend to call, they didn't answer. Eventually, we followed a french couple into the lobby and they drew our attention to an envelope which was left on the side with the room key in it and the access codes! When we got to the room, it was tidy but stank of smoke. Overall it was extremely stressful and I feel that it should have been made clear what the arrangements were if you check in later in the evening. It would not have been difficult to send an email explaining that if you check in late, an envelope will be left on the side with the key in it etc. We have two young children and nearly continued driving to our destination as we weren't sure we could actually get into the hotel.
