Peluang untuk penambahbaikan: bilik 1. pertimbangkan untuk menggunakan botol kecil air yang boleh dimuatkan ke dalam peti sejuk bar. Air sejuk selepas hari yang panas adalah pengubah permainan! Melange 1. Surf and turf: udang besar dan daging udang galah dibekukan dan tidak begitu menarik. Selepas memanggang, daging itu ternyata separa basah, iaitu padam. 2. Cadangan: untuk pemanggang, masak mengikut pesanan dan bukannya menyediakan makanan dan biarkan di bawah lampu pemanas. i.e. Potongan daging kambing, daging babi, siakap panggang dsb. Makanan yang baru dipanggang lebih enak dan mengekalkan kualiti yang tinggi. Makanan panggang yang ditinggalkan di bawah lampu pemanas menjadi sama ada basah atau terlalu keras. 3. Cadangan yang sama untuk wafel sarapan pagi: buat mengikut pesanan daripada biarkan di atas pinggan sedia untuk digunakan. Contoh perkhidmatan yang hebat: 1. Mariana membantu menyediakan baldi ais champagne untuk kami walaupun ulasan bulan madu itu pada asalnya tidak didaftarkan oleh trip.com dan pullman. Dia sangat membantu dan mengingati apa yang pelanggan katakan. Markah teratas dan amat dihargai! 2. Semua pemandu buggy memberi salam semasa menjemput dan ada juga yang keluar dari jalan mereka untuk mengundur supaya kami dapat merakamkan sinar manta di perairan cetek di luar vila kami. Benar-benar layak mendapat teg perkhidmatan yang hebat! 3. Semua pelayan yang berkhidmat di semua restoran sentiasa bertanya sama ada kita mahu air bermula. Rasanya seperti SOP tetapi kami menyukainya! Konsisten dan servis dengan senyuman! Benar-benar pengalaman yang hebat dan ingin kembali lagi!

Everything was good but they refused to award me my Accor points because I used trip.com to book. I find this ridiculous

不得不説服務超級好，沒有做不到衹有想不到。貼心管家關心問候一樣不落，因為季節原因，酒店取消了一些訂單，就免費給升了級。不得不説一切都是為更好服務好顧客。房間乾淨舒適，總之就是物有所值吧，值得推薦。

We spent 11 nights at Pullman Maldives in two different room types. For the first 6 nights we booked an over water villa with swimming pool and for the remaining 5 nights we stayed in the Aqua Villa. The arrival process was easy. After landing in at 9am, we were on our next domestic flight at 12:30 and on the island by 14:00. Transfers were arranged by the hotel at the time of booking. Upon arrival we were provided an island tour and taken to our villa to be checked in. The villa (523) was HUGE and lots of spacious zones from a glass floor to view sea life to an outdoor seating area x2 and a pool. The bathroom was out of this world next level with two seperate showers (inside and outside) his / her sinks and much more. Our housekeeper Naushad was the absolute best house keeper we have ever experienced. The attention to detail and anticipation of our requirements. Eg we would come back to a hot bath, we would love back to a decorated bed and when we moved rooms he insisted he will come to our new room to decorate the bed. This was in his own time after he finished his workday. Naushad was one of the highest performing staff members on the island and his attentiveness and enthusiasm should go unnoticed. The Aqua villa (308) was an opportunity I would recommend to anyone. One bedroom above water and one bedroom below water. You also have a private pool and an amazing bathroom similar to that of 523 but more of an inside experience unlike the outside bathroom we previously had. The food and all inclusive benefits were sensational. You could choose from three different restaurants and three bars. The food is on a weekly rotation and many different choices. We dined at both Milange and SOUQ oven and alternated. The staff also very friendly and attentive and always had a full glass. On the island itself we had a huge amount of activities available to us including jet skis, snorkelling and other water sports. We also did a guided turtle snorkeling trip which was a fabulous experience. We experienced the spa twice with a massage and also a seaweed wrap. Both sessions made you feel rejuvenated and relaxed. The live singing Rhythm and Soul each night was great. It brought people together who would dance the evening away before heading to dance to the DJ at Saffron Affair. Weather you are newlyweds, solo or family travellers, definitely keep this amazing resort in mind. 100% we will return. Thank you to all the staff and we look forward to our return.

Simply paradise. It’s better than the pictures. Food and accommodation exceptional. Waking up to such beautiful water with fish and turtles swimming by. A ‘must do’ holiday destination. And finished with a beautiful massage by Janna.

Mara was my masseuse. She gave one of the best massages I ever had. I have been staying at the resort for a few days already. Before going to the spa, my back, neck and legs were sored from all the activities. Mara worked her magic and the soreness went way and I felt light as a feather, feeling very relax and calm. The spa itself has an amazing view looking out over the water villas, with the breezy winds blowing. The massage wraps up an amazing stay at the Pullman Resort. Sadly I am leaving tomorrow. The massage was a great way to start my birthday celebration. Thank you Pullman Spa and Mara for an amazing experience.

Very relaxing massage by Ayu, my husband enjoyed a very strong deep tissue massage by Barbara. Highly recommended, great experience overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters. Would recommend any visitors to the island to come & have a massage in the spa.

Perfect experience. We come for honeymoon. We enjoyed food, coctails and spa service. There are lots of unique food experience. Asian, french etc and very delicious wines. Spa is handled by Janna and Rani which is very relaxing. Lets give try a holiday at pullman, you wont regret.

We had a perfect vacation here. The nature blends perfectly with the resort. The staff always helpful and smiling. The food was tasty, well balanced as macronutrients and healthy. I had a deep tissue massage and it was heavenly. Janna is very good and I have booked another one just after:) Very happy with our choice!

Incredible massages by Janna and Mara at The Pullman Spa!! So relaxing and exactly what we needed. The spa is so wonderful that we have made multiple visits, and we will probably be back again before we leave. We have had the Signature 90 minute treatment twice and highly recommend it as a great “all round” massage. The staff are all so lovely and caring, and the outlook and atmosphere of the spa is pure luxury. Absolutely one of, if not the best, spa visit of our lives!

My husband and I attended the Pullman Maldives Resort in June this year for our Honeymoon and weren’t disappointed. Such an incredible experience we won’t ever forget. We can’t recommend the resort enough - from the ocean pool villa to the amazing views and to the great excursions. This all inclusive is the place to be. The food and service goes above and beyond. We had the pleasure of dinning at all three restaurants during our time here. Specifically, the Mélange restaurant provided a vast variety of extremely tasty and extravagant food for us to enjoy, whilst providing sublime service. Nisha ensured we were seated well and were provided unique drinks suited to our taste. Pravesh and Subrata provided food to us upon our request whilst adding their own marks, making the all inclusive food feel very special and so tasty. Finally, Ashanka was always willing to provide us the best patisserie and desserts you could ask for, all presented with such care and attention. All together the chefs did an amazing job and made the melange the place to be on our trip. Also a big thank you to Nikita who was able to take care of all our needs and bookings at reception. Really made all the necessary admin tasks a breeze. Whilst here we also enjoyed the spa (given by Ayu/Kinzang), jet skis and floating breakfast! All activities here are for the win and would highly recommend.

Such a pretty hands. I attended with my husband. You lay on the best view on the island. The service and the care are unbelievable. It was so relaxed and best massage i have ever experienced. Thank you Ayu Jannapa Note: if you dont have any problem i think you can choose the harder massage.

Im Canadian but married to a Maldivian and have been living in Maldives for 7 years. We came to Pullman for our holiday and it has been fabulous. This resort is one of the best I’ve seen in the Maldives. The lagoon, the amenities, the staff, the rooms. Everything was top tier. Their attention to detail is amazing. Thank you to the bar staff Mica and Nimaasha for making our time so nice. And special shout out to Saalhi, Mara, Jessy, Esido, Thaarif and Rippe for the beautiful snorkel and vibes you guys gave us here. Definitely worth the trip to come down here. It is paradise. Can’t wait to come back!
