Melange 1. Surf and turf: udang besar dan daging udang galah dibekukan dan tidak begitu menarik. Selepas memanggang, daging itu ternyata separa basah, iaitu padam. 2. Cadangan: untuk pemanggang, masak mengikut pesanan dan bukannya menyediakan makanan dan biarkan di bawah lampu pemanas. i.e. Potongan daging kambing, daging babi, siakap panggang dsb. Makanan yang baru dipanggang lebih enak dan mengekalkan kualiti yang tinggi. Makanan panggang yang ditinggalkan di bawah lampu pemanas menjadi sama ada basah atau terlalu keras. 3. Cadangan yang sama untuk wafel sarapan pagi: buat mengikut pesanan daripada biarkan di atas pinggan sedia untuk digunakan. Contoh perkhidmatan yang hebat: 1. Mariana membantu menyediakan baldi ais champagne untuk kami walaupun ulasan bulan madu itu pada asalnya tidak didaftarkan oleh trip.com dan pullman. Dia sangat membantu dan mengingati apa yang pelanggan katakan. Markah teratas dan amat dihargai! 2. Semua pemandu buggy memberi salam semasa menjemput dan ada juga yang keluar dari jalan mereka untuk mengundur supaya kami dapat merakamkan sinar manta di perairan cetek di luar vila kami. Benar-benar layak mendapat teg perkhidmatan yang hebat! 3. Semua pelayan yang berkhidmat di semua restoran sentiasa bertanya sama ada kita mahu air bermula. Rasanya seperti SOP tetapi kami menyukainya! Konsisten dan servis dengan senyuman! Benar-benar pengalaman yang hebat dan ingin kembali lagi!

Our stay at Kooddoo Resort in the Maldives was an unforgettable experience, especially in the stunning Beach Villa. From the moment we arrived, the seamless hospitality and serene atmosphere made us feel like we had stepped into paradise. The Villa was a spacious, beautifully designed sanctuary nestled in lush greenery with direct beach access. The villa offered the ultimate in privacy, with a serene outdoor deck and a private access to the powdery white sand beach. The beach itself was immaculate, with powdery soft sand and crystal-clear waters that were perfect for swimming or simply lounging. Snorkeling right off the shore allowed us to see vibrant coral and an array of marine life, which was an incredible highlight. The activities offered at Kooddoo were equally impressive. Snorkeling among colorful coral reefs, taking a dolphin cruise, paddle boarding and more, plus indulging in spa treatments all enhanced our stay. Dining at the resort was a delight. The variety and quality of food were outstanding, with fresh and flavorful options to suit every preference. Enjoying breakfast with a view of the ocean was a wonderful way to start each day, and the themed dinners added an element of excitement to the evenings. The staff at Kooddoo truly went above and beyond, always ensuring our needs were met with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made our stay even more special. We have just returned from a wonderful 10 night stay over new year & my birthday. Every moment of our stay was wonderful, full of fun, great service, wonderful staff & great food. The island is beautiful, the bridge connecting both islands is fantastic, a great way to see the marine life and the castaway beach in the middle is in a dreamy location with a great reef for snorkelling! The staff are amazing each and everyone of them. From the staff that take care of the rooms, (we had an amazing sunrise over the water villa, which I managed to wake every morning to watch the sun rise with my coffee!) Absolutely idyllic location! The buggy drivers always smiling & happy to pick us up on route to where ever we were going and also point out the wildlife, Maldivian flying foxes (bats) to the gorgeous sea life! The bar staff in the Beach cafe, always smiling when serving our drinks & food, the super fun karaoke in the bar early evenings, the DJ playing my kind of music! (how did he know??!!) The restaurant staff, making our evening meals so enjoyable and relaxing! The spa staff were fabulous too offering amazing massages and facials! All the staff behind the scenes helping to make our stay on their island so very special. Honestly we cannot thank you all enough! Special mention about the New Year's Eve celebrations, honestly if I could spend every New Year's Eve in this way, it was perfect, the drinks on the beach, the gala dinner, the food was incredible, the many different choices, the beautifully presented dining room & then back to the castaway beach for the DJ, dancing & fireworks, with the most incredible sunset was beyond amazing. AND VERY PERSONAL SPECIAL MENTION & ENORMOUS THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF that helped make my BIG birthday celebration on the Castaway beach so incredible, so wonderful. The food was incredible, the service so personable and special. It really was a night to remember and one I did not want to end! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Same time next year PLEASE!! AGAIN thank you for thee most incredible experience on The Residence Dhigurah, our family has made the most beautiful of memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. We enjoyed a 5-night stay in an overwater villa with pool at The Residence Falhumaafushi over Christmas 2024. We booked the standard all inclusive package which was well worth it. It included a daily buffet breakfast, 2 courses at lunch and 3 for dinner which was a huge amount of food and drink! Villa 302 was large and clean and nicely decorated and in a good location to access the nearby reef for snorkelling. I would pick Villa 300 or 304 next time for privacy reasons, as villa 303 could see directly into our pool. These rooms are located on the western side of the island which is great to see sunsets from. The villa is separated into bathroom with outdoor shower, normal shower, seperate toilet, freestanding bath, bedroom, and living area. Bedroom is air conditioned and opens up onto the deck so you have a view of the ocean. The food was incredible - particularly LiBai (Chinese) and Long Island (Italian). We understand the resort has recently won an award for their food and we can see why. The food was also good at the Falhumaa, but the service was lacking on the night we visited most likely due to it being peak season. We arrived early and were told to wait outside in the heat, which didn’t happen at Long Island. We also ate at Cafe Del Sol for lunch and the Beach Bar. Food was good but service was always better on the busier side of the island. Cafe Del Sol had umbrellas and Beach Bar staff refused to put umbrellas out. Staff at all restaurants were accomodating and understanding with food allergies, which were noted on check in but seemed to need to be reminded when dining. Special mention to Jaavid at the breakfast buffet on the Falhumafushi island who went the extra mile with avocado and lemon at breakfast. Most restaurants are located at the other resort, which meant a bicycle ride or buggy ride away. But it was worth staying at Falhumafushi was a lot more quiet and less crowded. We understood the resort on this island to be childfree, but there did seem to be some families with kids so the rules must have changed? It’s good to allow up to 15 mins for the buggy to arrive in peak times. All restaurants were super clean. We had a slight hiccup on Christmas night, as we’d booked Long Island (which was confirmed) and there was special event scheduled there and we weren’t notified so we had to go to the buffet that evening. Also at one stage we were told by a staff member our choice of alcohol wasn’t included in our package when it was. I queried this with the staff member and advised him I could show him our package documents which listed this as included. We really shouldn’t have had to do this. In terms of activities, we booked the JetSki safari, which took us for snorkelling and to a sandbank. We were supposed to do this Christmas Day, but the staff recommended we reschedule due to weather. We were glad we did. It was well worth doing as the reef we were taken to was beyond the channel you could reach by swimming. We s
