Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Maastricht

We just spent a 2-day stay at Mabi City Centre Hotel/Maastricht. Lovely hotel, very clean, very well located nevertheless we experienced a big disappointment. As we left the hotel on Friday evening to head towards the restaurant, we left our key at the reception desk and gave it to the lady at the desk. When we came back, her (male) colleague, told us they didn't have our key, so basically either way they lost it or worse, it had been stolen or given to s.o. else. Fortunately, the man had a spare key and kindly accepted to open our room, but it left a very unpleasant and insecure feeling. We even slept with a pile of luggage to block the door inside. The next morning, we explained our situation to the reception desk and requested a solution ASAP. We left all day (not very at ease as we had valuable belongings in our room, meaning that anyone could enter it and potentially steal our stuff. Of course, nobody called us back during the day, and when coming back, the only thing they could propose was to provide us another key. No compensation for the (moral) harm suffered in any way but they would enquire what could be done and come back to us on Monday. Having received no news on Wednesday, we've sent an e-mail to which we haven't received ANY reaction so far. Very disappointing behaviour. So our stay left us with a very negative feeling. We had the unpleasant feeling the ladies we're not taking us seriously and even had doubts on the fact we gave that key back. The fact they didn't even come back to us confirms it all!

Sarapan bufet disediakan pada setiap hari dari 7:00 hingga 10:00 dengan dikenakan bayaran.Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk daftar masuk ekspres, surat khabar percuma di lobi dan perkhidmatan pencucian kering/dobi. Hotel ini mempunyai 2 bilik mesyuarat yang tersedia untuk acara. Pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang disediakan dengan dikenakan surcaj (tersedia 24 jam) manakala letak kenderaan sendiri (tertakluk pada bayaran) terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 50 bilik tamu yang menampilkan peti sejuk dan bar mini. Televisyen skrin rata dengan program digital menawarkan anda hiburan, sedangkan akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung. We had a five day stay at Dormio Maastricht. We stayed in one of the Penthouses. Well equipped and clean so that was a big positive. The penthouse had three big bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bubble bath and the other with a sauna and steam shower. There was also a barbecue, terrace heater, etc. So an overall great apartment! Even with a small nu nice bathroom in the basement. This can only be used by the apartments (8 in total so really private). The park itself has a nice bakery, bike rental, swimming pool and Spa. And they have a nice kids club with a daily program to help entertain the kids. Scattered throughout the park there are different play zones. Parking is easy and it’s location close to Maastricht is a big plus. Only reason not to go for five stars would be that there is no big inside play area which you see at many other family oriented holiday parks. Oh and for the foodies; there is a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel on the park! Enjoy!

A really lovely place - we had a very luxurious studio and really enjoyed staying there. Great attention to details ~ it had everything we wanted for a very comfortable stay. Exceptionally comfy bed. The grounds are divine right on the river and the location perfect. We got a taxi in to Maastricht for 15 euros and walked back along the river - very nice location but don’t walk unless you enjoy walking. It’s 45 mins. You can hire bikes too. We had a lovely champagne breakfast delivered to the room and it was so huge we made lunch from it too. Would most happily return for longer next time ~ it was perfect. Oh great parking and staff too! Thanks for a lovely stay. The free minibar was a nice touch.
