Hotel Dengan Spa di Terengganu, Malaysia

This is our first time staying here and we had such a pleasant time with the great experience of the 5 star hotel. The hotel is so beautiful and the room is so cozy. We can get around the hotel by the buggy service. We love the pools and the beaches, especially the romantic beach, it’s just so nice. We had great food with beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains, the staff were amazing. Everything is so much better than we expected. We’ll come back again next time with our friends and family.

In the fast-paced rhythm of life, finding a warm and comfortable place to stay is truly a rare and cherished experience. During my recent stay at this resort, I was deeply impressed by its exceptional service and thoughtful details, which gave me a deeper understanding of what it truly means to feel ”at home away from home.” First and foremost, the professionalism and warmth of the front desk staff were truly admirable. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and kind voices, which immediately put me at ease. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, well-organized, and without any delays. Once I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view outside the window. The attention to detail was remarkable—whether it was the neatly arranged slippers, the perfectly set air conditioning, or the welcoming tea that had been thoughtfully prepared in advance, everything reflected the resort's care and consideration for its guests.

This resort is the best resort i ve stayed so far! From the staff that are well-trained and super attentive to the uniqueness of the building itself. All are just amazing. Breakfast was super delicious that every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommended this resort for all of you.

It was a great experience at Alunan Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa was clean, spacious, and had breathtaking views of the sea. We loved the rooftop deck for relaxing, and the snorkeling trip arranged by the resort was fantastic. The food at the restaurant was also delicious OMG we do have great time eating here with a variety of choices. Would definitely return!

It is a nice hotel and location, a perfect beach, I would say it is the best among all around; best snorkelling spot, can find Nemo in the sea right in front of the hotel by snorkelling. The setback is the hotel room is kind of run-down, service is not hospital enough, our last experience was very bad, the team unable to pull together to provide a decent smooth check in services; poor coordination, inefficient work order, no sense of urgency to sort things out especially the back of the house failed to deliver clean rooms to check in guest whom has been waited for hours there, many rooms were unable to deliver on the check-in time of 3 pm, we waited till around 2 hours to have our room key. Didn't notice any Manager in charge or Duty Manager around, maybe there is none in this hotel. Very sad the witnessed such poor hospitality service in such a beautiful property. We hope the Management or Owner would look into this and improve it.

Its a last minute booking and we didn't select for any package. The service is good where they wait for us during arrival and help us to carry our bags, serve light refreshments during check in and the staffs also friendly. The service that need to improve is no staff is available during not peak hours, the call is not answered and the request to change the rusted kettle is being ignored. The amenities are old and not well managed. The floor is dusted, the mirror frame in the toilet is broken, the balcony wood also broken and it can be dangerous if small kid left alone. The food is good and the price is reasonable. We pay for the dinner buffet and its quite satisfactory.
