Ulasan Fontana Hotel and Villas - Fontana Hot Spring Leisure Parks

Very good location. The accommodation is a 1 unit spacious for a small family with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, sala, patio and garden view. Good for the family, peaceful place. Can jog or walk or bike along the place. Feels so homy. Friendly staff, good facilities except that the water park is currently not open but can enjoy swimming in the olympian pool.

Our room was nice and spacious. I booked for 2 br and we got the 3br. 1 br was for driver/maids quarter which is also good and has its own bathroom.

Not too bad

The 2-bedroom Villa was just renovated. It is spacious. The breakfast is good. Most facilities, except for the olympic pool and the nearby gym, were closed. No jacuzzi can be used. Ideal for duty-free shopping.

호텔이 오래되었다고 들었는데 생각보다 깨끗하고 오래된 호텔 특유의 고풍스러운 감성이 있었습니다. 수영장은 클락호텔 중에서 제일 좋습니다. 국제경기 수영장과 작은 풀들이 여러개 있어서 가족단위로 즐기기도 좋아요ㅎ

非常老舊，基本上沒有服務，唯一的好處就是可以抽煙

We stayed overnight at the villas at Fontana. An incident happened when we left the villas for approximately one hour to get dinner. Upon our return, we discovered that our valuables, including credit cards and phones, had been stolen. It was evident that the those who did it knew what they were doing, as they targeted high-value items and left quickly. We immediately reported the theft to the on-site security team. However, the response was dismissive, with security personnel claiming that this was the first incident of its kind. Despite the team’s initial response, we requested to contact the local police to file an official report. The police officers informed us that multiple similar incidents had occurred in the past, suggesting a pattern of thefts at the property. We noticed no signs of forced entry, indicating the possibility of inside knowledge or access. Despite of multiple incidents that had occurred in the past it doesn't seem like anything was thoroughly investigated by the management— no signs of stricter protocols, streets were dark, useless CCTV cams, broken slide doors. SO PLEASE BEWARE.

Pros: - The house is so spacious. - The whole area is quiet and peaceful. - Not too expensive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially those at reception. Cons: - A bit rundown. - The waterpark has been permanently shut down, they now have a swimming pool only. - The whole area is a bit lack of maintenance, but I don't mind it much.

The towels and water bottles were not free whilst in every hotel I’ve been to (I mean a lot) has those for free and there was no telephone in the hotel room to contact room service that I had to call using my mobile phone. ‍
