Dua malam ini di hotel Pulau Flores, di Labuan Bajo, adalah unik. Kabin di atas bakau menawarkan pemandangan pulau-pulau Taman Semula Jadi Komodo. Akses melalui darat sukar dengan motosikal (dalam kes kami), tetapi anda boleh sampai ke sana dengan bot atau kereta. Kakitangan hotel ramah dan makanannya sangat enak. Pada waktu matahari terbenam, anda boleh menikmati koktel di bar di pinggir jeti. Sebagai titik negatif, saya akan mengatakan bahawa hampir tidak ada liputan mudah alih tetapi ia adalah peluang untuk memutuskan sambungan, jadi kami mengambil kesempatan. Secara keseluruhannya, tempat ini adalah penemuan istimewa untuk mereka yang mencari pengalaman asli di Flores.

Tempat yang menakjubkan untuk berehat dan memutuskan sambungan! Bilik gunung itu cantik, mempunyai pemandangan yang luar biasa dan kolam renang peribadi! Saya menjalani urutan satu jam dan ia sangat menenangkan! Saya akan mengulangi matahari terbenam itu setiap hari dengan mojito! Saya berharap untuk kembali tidak lama lagi!

Went to Komodo for 4 nights, and had booked the first two nights in a sea suite at Menjaga Bay because the plan was to book a 2night3day cruise. Due to bad weather, the boats did not go out, so Menjaga Bay offered a third night. As they closed down beause of construction noise (4 new sea suites) we had to find another hotel. The front desk was very helpful finding a hotel for the last night. They even put the deposit for the new hotel on our bill for Menjaga. Great service. Through Menjaga we booked a one day tour with the fast boat, Heaven Glory 1, to see the Komodo dragons, snorkel and see the flying foxes. Great tour. The tasty food is served in a spectacular restaurant by a smiling and very service mindes staff. The roof is like 3 huge umbrellas with giant lights formed as jellyfish. Very special and beautiful. Breakfast is served as a la carte, and not as buffet, so you have to choose 1 cold or a hot dish + 1 fresh fruit juice. A pastry basket for two and coffee or tea is also served. Menu cards can be seen on their website. The sea suites are very comfortable with a fantastic view of the bay, two sunbeds on the terrace, a pleasent bed. We had the one closest (a few meters) to the mangrove, so even though there was stairs down to the water, it did not seem suitable to take a swim. You can use both kayak and paddle boards for free. You must sail for 25 minutes from Labuan Bajo's harbour to the resort, so it's a little isolated, but again, very quiet and peaceful. Negative: In the harbour we had to climb a ladder with almost every step broken down to a pontoon wharf. It can swing a lot if the waves are big, we were told by other guests. That's not suitable for a resort, which is really great. I wrote a complaint to the resort, and when we were going back to the harbour, they got a new ladder. Not broken, but very ordinary. I don't understand why they do not just lower the bridge. Menjaga, you can do better. But over all we enjoyed the fantastic surroundings at the resort, and the service from everybody in the staff is terrific.

Honestly, the photos look so pretty, but the rooms smell of mould, paint is peeling, reception staff are not terribly interested in helping you, and were at times rude. You can't charge the prices they charge and not look after your guests. Complaints and requests to speak to management were completely ignored, but they seem to find plenty of time to respond angrily to reviews they don't like here. Reading their responses here really sums up their attitude to their guests - "How dare you have any issues with our hotel? Don't you realise we're perfect?". They really don't care about their guests.
