Our family booked the Platinum Onsen Room, last December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025 and we thought it was simply perfect for our hotel staycation. From the moment we arrived, a Filipino staff in check-in area was very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private onsen that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience, and perfect for family. Though the views from our room are not the one we expected. We booked Platinum (Resorts World) Garden Onsen Room, it’s quite pricey but since we want to experience the onsen we are okay with that price, Macau Tower view as we saw that on the picture in trip.com are one we choose, because we thought there is fireworks display in Macau, sad to say no fireworks display this year 2025 in Macau tower. Anyway the amenities at Yoho Hotel were fantastic! My boys and I loved the onsen room, as it was warm and inviting, and the amenities in hotel especially the gym. On New Year's Eve, we had a small celebration, we thought we can sing outside (onsen) coz there is small table, on our room but hotel called us twice 😂 So our New year eve night is not as special as it is. For us our staycation is just a waste of money. Anyway i want to commend Jape and the filipino in check-in area for being so helpful and mindful on our needs. (forgot to get the name) they are both friendly and helpful. Not being biased but having a Filipino staff is very good coz they are all welcoming and friendly. But overall, our stay at Yoho Hotel was okay. We all relaxed. But I will not recommend this room, if your family like to have fun coz they will scold you 😂

We had a good stay at Riviera Hotel Macau. The location is good, it’s quiet. Had a great view of the Macau Tower and walking distance to Our Lady of Penha church. The room was clean and have all the basic nessesities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and 6 days. they served same breakfast everyday. We didn’t mind at first but overtime, we started to crave variety. Eating the same thing everyday can become monotonous, even if it’s delicious. If would be nicer if they could serve breakfast with different dishes every other days. Overall, we had a good stay.

Although my friend doesn't like this antique style of hotel, I insist in staying and enjoying my stay! It's old fashioned but has been well-maintained. It's very convenient to the Grand Lisboa and also to other famous tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Sasmine, senjy dan liszt, yang mengaturkan bilik untuk saya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, menaik taraf saya kepada jenis bilik apabila tiada jenis bilik yang sesuai, dan mood saya yang tidak berpuas hati pada asalnya bertambah baik. Pembantu di meja daftar masuk juga hebat! Sebagai jurugambar saya menggunakan kemahiran saya sendiri untuk mengambil gambar hotel. Hotel ini mempunyai payung yang boleh dipinjam Pelayan di restoran kilang hiburan mempunyai sikap yang sangat buruk. Dia menggunakan baucar percuma yang diberikan oleh hotel untuk mendapatkan roti tanduk babi , walaupun saya berada di bilik tetamu. *****, tetapi dia terlupa bahawa statusnya juga sangat rendah.

Accommodation is relatively cheap. You do get what you paid for. It comes with power plugs, a light at the side of the bed, and the toilet also has shampoo/body wash and hair dryer provided. Though there was a non smoking policy, I could sense smoke every single day (though this isn’t their fault). Room was kept fairly clean as well. Just note that there’s a need to climb a few flights of stairs, so it might be inconvenient if you are bringing a huge suitcase.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽

Sebelum melancong, saya banyak menghabiskan masa membuat kerja rumah dan memilih hotel Kerana saya sendirian, saya memerlukan keselamatan, lokasi yang baik, dan perjalanan yang selesa Secara keseluruhannya, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel yang saya pilih. Yang pertama ialah lokasi, yang saya cukup berpuas hati. Ia mengambil masa lebih daripada sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Runtuhan St. Paul, Grand Lisboa, dan Wynn's Wharf boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki dalam masa kira-kira 25 minit. Jangan takut tersesat. Navigasi Amap sangat mudah, jika anda pergi ke Istana Venetian, Paris atau Wynn, anda perlu menaiki bas, dan stesen bas tidak jauh. Kedua, persekitaran kebersihan yang baik, dan begitu juga dengan perkhidmatan. Terdapat dua orang Cina dan seorang warga asing di meja depan. Ia tidak perlu pergi dalam talian ke tanah besar Macau Sikap yang sombong Ya, diskriminasi serantau adalah sangat biasa di tanah besar Anda tidak perlu menjadi begitu sensitif sebarang diskriminasi atau perlakuan berbeza di Macau selama 2 hari Anda perlu memikirkannya, Macau milik China Apakah masalah yang boleh anda hadapi di negara anda sendiri, saya rasa Zhuhai jauh lebih baik daripada Macau, dan Zhuhai tidak malah bandar peringkat kedua. Ketiga, keburukan ialah penghawa dingin terlalu bising Jika anda tidur ringan, anda mungkin tidak boleh tidur. Keempat, dari segi harga, nisbah harga/prestasinya agak tinggi. Lagipun, saya sudah lama menimbangnya.

Good location near the historical centre to walk. Big nice room for affordable money. Nice pool on the 23 floor, but we had no time to try it. The breakfast is very poor, no vegatebles such as tomato and cucumber at breakfast. Absolutely same food for 2 days. No options for vegan.
