Hotel Mewah di Macau

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. 又來到了澳門的摩珀斯酒店，一直都很喜歡這家酒店的設計風格，有種摩登時尚的感覺。非常貼心的是酒店準備了印有名字的房卡和印有照片的歡迎信️❤️每次來澳門必住的酒店，不記得第幾次入住入住摩珀斯了，每次來體驗都不一樣，前台辦理入住YaNa和Aadg接待我們一家，她們非常的熱情、專業，入住辦理很快捷，還給小朋友送了小禮物，客房的Simon非常的貼心，房間的衞生打掃的很及時，就是因為小朋友的一句話説喜歡吃西瓜🍉晚上回到房間立馬準備了🍉 除了喜歡它家的顏值以外，更打動我們的是他們員工的貼心服務，讓我們有家的感覺，我們全家老小都喜歡摩珀斯酒店！

環境：在氹仔，離澳門機場和橫琴口岸近。和巴黎人、威尼斯人酒店相隔一條馬路，從倫敦人2樓有空中走廊，可以走去巴黎人買東西。御園和倫敦人酒店在同一片建築羣裏，這裏的免税店比巴黎人的小。娛樂場的機器可以直接用港幣，其他方式要去櫃枱兑換。 設施：房間設施齊全，有智能馬桶，全身按摩椅。有一間按摩房間，可以另付費請人按摩。各個設施維護很好，乾淨，房間寬敞明亮，無異味。我們定的騎士套房，一間大床、房一間雙床、三個衞生間。水吧飲料全免費，還有三大抽屜的零食，歡迎點心，免費續。 服務：御園服務非常貼心。管家提前會聯繫，免費接送一次。管家小徐和禮賓小哥來倫敦人接我們，把行李都確認好，直接幫我們拿去御園。我們直接去客房，管家來客房幫我們辦理入住手續，這樣很方便。管家會詢問行程，安排車輛送我們去景點。長者沒帶保温杯，還贈送兩個保温杯給我們。管家24小時隨叫隨到。晚上回房間，管家還放好了洗澡水，超級省心。 餐飲：早餐在36樓，沒什麼人。下午茶在倫敦人3樓的華庭。早餐有自助台，龍蝦、鮑魚、蝦餃、水蟹粥這種要和服務人員點。食材很新鮮，味道規矩。體驗很好。倫敦人華庭的水蟹粥，我們吃着有點鹹。這裏正好入住還送了水果點心，管家看孩子愛吃，馬上把吃完的都補充上。全家人都不喝酒，所以晚上的雞尾酒會，沒有去。 我們住的騎士套房，一晚上3W。包含早餐、下午茶和雞尾酒。還有接送服務。軟硬件各方面都相當滿意。頭一次沒聽長者提出不滿。 這次澳門住過的幾家酒店，我自己的綜合感受排名是倫敦人御園 -倫敦人 -老葡京-永利皇宮-新葡京。

It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though.

Thank you Miguel for the a luxurius service me and my wife and our baby are so happy and enjoy our stay, and thanks to Ryan he help us to bring out all our things inside the taxi and when i have a friends who visit us he really assisted them and also when we check out aswell 🙂 your hotel is so beautiful, just 1 thing please tell to your overnight who give ice to us not to go inside if the guest get the ice bucket ask permission first i feel dissapointed just only for that, what if my wife Dont have Dress on that time,, thank you banyan tree
