Ulasan YOHO Treasure Island Hotel

A very new hotel. The view out the hotel room was incredible. Everything was perfect, but we were quite disappointed with the front desk… As a 5-star hotel, he was quite rude the whole time, and he stressed that deposit will be deducted if we smoke in the room. We went to the room and found that there was this heavy cigarette smell, we called the front desk and they said they would send a personnel there to “check”, without saying that they might be carrying a huge machine to spray the room or mentioning any solution. Turns out a very polite young lad came to the room with that huge machine and asked if we needed to spray the room. We said it was okay because the spray had an even stronger smell. But the service is pretty bad, not up to the 5-star standards. And also, the hair dryer didn’t work. I heard the other female receptionist at the front desk and the attitude was also the same. Lastly, the breakfast was also a little bit disappointing. Not suitable at all for foreigners. There was no cheese for a toast, just butter and orange jam and the bread was awfully chewy and hard…

Enjoyed the the hotel view. Highly recommended. Will book this hotel again. Near in tourist spots.

New hotel, with improvement opportunities in maintenance, especially the floor of the room, difficult to find the reception, slow service at check-in, even without people waiting, does not have a good restaurant service and no shuttle to Cotai or access ports of Mainland or Hong Kong. For the price of the room against what you receive, it is expensive.

We had great stay at YOHO hotel. They have completely opened all establishments inside hotel, like the mall, stores and Tmart supermarket where you can find many good stuff. I love that they have many Filipino staff who are very welcoming and helpful. We will come back again!

Good hotel ,There are department store, supermarket in the hotel, There are popmart store!!! The hotel located near the bus stop that you can go to senado square, Taipa, etc.

Room view is superb 5 stars location is good Night time very less taxi over there, travelling a bit difficult Overall I would rate 8/10 :(

We love this hotel because of its location and trendy style. And we have a surprise upgraded to a room that is larger than before. We keep on getting back to this hotel when we can find a better deal avoiding the peak holiday seasons!

I received poor service from a hotel in Macau for the first time. I had to change rooms twice. I booked an ocean view king room, but they said they would upgrade me, only to find out the ocean view was gone. The second time, they gave me an ocean view room with twin beds. Can you take it seriously? It’s a new hotel, overbooked? The shampoo bottle has been opened; the seal on the cap is already broken. Is it that my standards are too high, or your standards are too low? This is Macau, a tourist city…

We love this hotel because of its location, it’s an approx. 5 to10 mins walkable distance to Lisboa Hotel and Senado Square. And we have a surprise upgraded to a room that overlooks the Macao Tower. Hotel is new, the room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are good, especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay, resolves questions regarding transportation to HZMB and other parts of Macau, which is truly commendable. There are a few restaurants, department store and a cinema, inside the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.

Great hotel to stay in, very near to the Senado Square, walkable in good weather. Hotel has all the necessary amenities and is near to the port as well.

The location is very nice in the middle of the town and shopping area inside the hotel big and nice but there is no room service and not much choices after 9pm in the hotel .

Saffs are friendly and helpful, the size of room is big enough and clean. The view is great.

My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.
