산타루치아역에서 도보 10분거리이지만 위치는 뒷편으로 주위환경이 낙후된 지역으로 문밖에 바포레토 승선장이있습니다

鉄道の駅から近い点が素晴らしい。 ホテルの目の前には水上バスの駅もあって便利。 共同バス、トイレの部屋の予約であったが、値段を考えると相応であった。

酒店地理位置非常方便，門口便是碼頭，走兩三分鐘便到巴士站，走十分鐘便到火車站，更有提供免費早餐。可惜房間沒有冷氣，導致我們要開窗，一開窗便有很多蚊子飛進來。

環境有點差 但是老闆人不錯 中國人

솔직히 저렴하면서도 괜찮은 곳 찾기가 너무 힘들었는데, 친절하시고 아침 조식 무료여서 좋았어요..! 마지막 떠나는날 조식 못 먹는다니깐 챙겨주셨어요 바리바리 ㅜㅜ 감동 위치는 나쁘지 않아요! 단지 제가 받았던 방 바로 앞쪽에 교회 종이 있어서, 아침 여섯신가 다섯신가 울려서 자동 얼리버드 되는거 빼면 만족스러운 베니스 지내고 왔습니다. 베니스는 사랑이네요!!

Basic room, fine for a couple of nights. I would stay again

I like the place very clean, personal very helpful,trasportation and atraccions are close They provided free breakfast just the basic cereal juice bread, ham cheese is good, is good place to stay

Loved the location, near the train station! Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Mattresses could stand to be replaced with ones a bit more comfortable, at least in the double twin room we were in.

Location of this hotel makes public transportation very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely an older building but it was perfect for us.

Overall, it's a good and affordable hotel. Close to the bus and train station as well as multiple ferry stops. It's in a little nook away from the other attractions. The free breakfast was a nice plus. Our family room was very spacious although it did not have a TV and only one mirror in the bathroom.

Wish there are refrigerators in the rooms. Elevator is small slow and needs to press the button all the time till you get to the floor you need.

Room is clean and tiny with no own washroom. The breakfast is provided with basic dishes. We are very pleased with the nice and professional front desk staff. They help us and others with their best efforts.
