O hotel é muito bem localizado mas, não gostei do quarto. Muito escuro, carpete manchado, aspecto de velho, precisando de uma renovação urgente. O ar condicionado estava desligado e fomos informados que não poderia ser ligado no mês de novembro - um absurdo num hotel 4 estrelas 😱😱. Fiquei desapontada. O atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã também bom.

このホテルの立地はとても素晴らしいでした。ヴェッキオ橋のすぐ近くにあります。駐車場も手配してくださって、大変助かって親切でした。ホテル5階にあるテラスでフィレンツェ街を見渡せるので、大変お勧めです。また朝食も美味しく、素敵な場所でした。今度また泊まりに行きたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

Excellent location. Next door to Uffizi Gallery and across the street from Rialto Bridge. Very clean and spacious room. Only downside is if you are in the new tower. It’s a fairly confusing maze of hallways and stairs.

The hotel was fantastic and the staff and service was excellent. The location is great and so many places can be walked to. I high recommend the hotel and we will certainly come back.

The staff are amazing, they provide us everything we need, and the roof top are incredible, the views and the house wines. Service are super. I will recommend this hotel to our friends and family

Check-in was initially dreadful. It took 15 minutes with 3 people manning the desk and only one other client. The room was unclean so we were offered another room but a downgrade from our suite but then eventually a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the Ponte Vecchio. I didn't like having to assert but the outcome was an absolutely beautiful room.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past two visits. The breakfast offers a broad selection with excellent service. The hotel is very walkable and we felt very safe in the area. Looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel’s location was ideal, the service was satisfactory, the staff were friendly, breakfast was delightful, and the amenities were impressive. I definitely plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.
