We went to this hotel for Christmas. It was the time when everyone’s got COVID in China and around, so, it was not quite sure whether we make it to Macao or not(since a 72hr negative test was required to cross the China-Macao border). We called the hotel to ask whether we could cancel or postpone our booking, and the hotel didn’t agree to help us. It wasn’t the case of our personal issue, it was a pandemic situation in China. Even trip itself tried to contact them to help us to adjust our booking somehow, but the hotel wasn’t helpful at all. Anyway, we managed to get in Macao. Once we arrived at the hotel, the front desk manager informed us that the breakfast wouldn’t be served in the restaurant, but would be sent to the room due to the lack of personnel. So, in the end, we’ve ended up with a very poor breakfast. The problem is that the hotel didn’t inform us beforehand. So, a piece of advice: don’t take the room with breakfast, it’s not worth it. In the end, the price for the room was extremely high(yeah, it was Christmas, but still). The hotel didn’t worth it. No idea how it got 5*, it’s merely 3*
