Hotel berhampiran Macau Tower, Macau

We had a good stay at Riviera Hotel Macau. The location is good, it’s quiet. Had a great view of the Macau Tower and walking distance to Our Lady of Penha church. The room was clean and have all the basic nessesities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and 6 days. they served same breakfast everyday. We didn’t mind at first but overtime, we started to crave variety. Eating the same thing everyday can become monotonous, even if it’s delicious. If would be nicer if they could serve breakfast with different dishes every other days. Overall, we had a good stay.

We love this hotel because of its location, it’s an approx. 5 to10 mins walkable distance to Lisboa Hotel and Senado Square. And we have a surprise upgraded to a room that overlooks the Macao Tower. Hotel is new, the room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are good, especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay, resolves questions regarding transportation to HZMB and other parts of Macau, which is truly commendable. There are a few restaurants, department store and a cinema, inside the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.

Our family booked the Platinum Onsen Room, last December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025 and we thought it was simply perfect for our hotel staycation.  From the moment we arrived, a Filipino staff in check-in area was very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.  The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private onsen that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience, and perfect for family.  Though the views from our room are not the one we expected. We booked Platinum (Resorts World) Garden Onsen Room, it’s quite pricey but since we want to experience the onsen we are okay with that price, Macau Tower view as we saw that on the picture in trip.com are one we choose, because we thought there is fireworks display in Macau, sad to say no fireworks display this year 2025 in Macau tower.  Anyway the amenities at Yoho Hotel were fantastic! My boys and I loved the onsen room, as it was warm and inviting, and the amenities in hotel especially the gym. On New Year's Eve, we had a small celebration, we thought we can sing outside (onsen) coz there is small table, on our room but hotel called us twice 😂 So our New year eve night is not as special as it is. For us our staycation is just a waste of money. Anyway i want to commend Jape and the filipino in check-in area for being so helpful and mindful on our needs. (forgot to get the name) they are both friendly and helpful. Not being biased but having a Filipino staff is very good coz they are all welcoming and friendly.  But overall, our stay at Yoho Hotel was okay. We all relaxed. But I will not recommend this room, if your family like to have fun coz they will scold you 😂

If you look forward for a location close to CBD. That is yours. If you look forward for a quick access to hottest tourist spot. Pick this up. Clean, simple and convenient location and satisfying experience would be in your expectation. This is also a good price tag as well.

Very spacious room for family… good location with lots of eateries around. Within walking distance to many tourists spot.. service was great from the staff too.. will definitely be back again☺️

No disappointment at all! Every room in the hotel is carefully designed and full of nostalgic colors. Every decoration, furniture, and color match perfectly! The hotel has just been renovated, so it is very clean and comfortable inside and out. The hotel is only a five-minute walk from Ruins of St. Paul's. Through the noisy alleys, there are a variety of Macau snacks on both sides. At the end of the alley is Ruins of St. Paul's. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to the Grand Lisboa and Wynn. Every employee I met in the hotel was courteous and made me feel like a VIP.

Wonderful stay at Holiday Express Macau! As a couple, we loved the clean, modern rooms and cozy ambiance. The location was perfect for exploring Macau, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Great value—highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Hotel ini agak mudah ke Runtuhan St. Paul. Ia bersih secara keseluruhan dan lantai dan dinding diperbuat daripada batu bata, yang membuatkan saya berasa selesa. kelemahan: 1. Tiada kain lantai Selepas mandi, air dari bilik air akan dibawa masuk ke dalam bilik. 2. Hanya ada tuala mandi, bukan tuala kecil Anda hanya boleh menggunakan tuala mandi untuk mengeringkan tangan selepas mencuci tangan. 3. Tiada sanitizer tangan atau sabun disediakan, jadi gunakan gel mandian sebagai ganti. 4. Tilam itu keras sehingga terasa seperti tidur di atas papan kayu sehingga tidak dapat tidur lena. 5. Penebat bunyi bilik adalah lemah, dan bunyi tetamu lain di luar koridor boleh didengari dengan jelas. 6. Tiada kertas tisu disediakan di dalam bilik Anda hanya boleh menggunakan gulungan kertas tandas, yang tidak begitu bersih. 7. Kakitangan lobi tidak proaktif Terdapat tiga kakitangan di lobi ketika mendaftar masuk. Salah seorang daripada mereka sedang membantu kumpulan tetamu yang lain melalui prosedur daftar masuk prosedur daftar masuk dan hanya duduk di kaunter penerimaan selepas menunggu seketika, saya tidak dapat membantu tetapi bertanya, dan kemudian saya telah mendaftar masuk.

I am satisfied with the environment. It’s elegant and very quiet and clean. The location is also good. However, the female staff in the lobby didn’t have any smile. Moreover, I don’t think they are professional. I asked two female staff they are not very familiar with the shuttle bus info nearby. They can’t provide visitors accurate travel info. But the male staff were much better. I asked a doorman he provide right information to me, who helped me save a lot of money. The restaurant in the building is not good. I ate their dishes and throw up at night. I don’t think their food is fresh enough.
