Thank you for amazing hospitality! Catherine(Concierge) & Vincent(Front Desk) provided amazing service. Catherine helped us to book restaurants & provided local sightseeing and transportation info. Vincent helped me to extend my stay. Housekeeping team also provided professional service. They seemed to understand Chinese more easily. Sleep eye mask & teddy bear amenity was good souvenir of Conrad Macao (I checked other customers also took them.) Thank you for the great service.

環境：在氹仔，離澳門機場和橫琴口岸近。和巴黎人、威尼斯人酒店相隔一條馬路，從倫敦人2樓有空中走廊，可以走去巴黎人買東西。御園和倫敦人酒店在同一片建築羣裏，這裏的免税店比巴黎人的小。娛樂場的機器可以直接用港幣，其他方式要去櫃枱兑換。 設施：房間設施齊全，有智能馬桶，全身按摩椅。有一間按摩房間，可以另付費請人按摩。各個設施維護很好，乾淨，房間寬敞明亮，無異味。我們定的騎士套房，一間大床、房一間雙床、三個衞生間。水吧飲料全免費，還有三大抽屜的零食，歡迎點心，免費續。 服務：御園服務非常貼心。管家提前會聯繫，免費接送一次。管家小徐和禮賓小哥來倫敦人接我們，把行李都確認好，直接幫我們拿去御園。我們直接去客房，管家來客房幫我們辦理入住手續，這樣很方便。管家會詢問行程，安排車輛送我們去景點。長者沒帶保温杯，還贈送兩個保温杯給我們。管家24小時隨叫隨到。晚上回房間，管家還放好了洗澡水，超級省心。 餐飲：早餐在36樓，沒什麼人。下午茶在倫敦人3樓的華庭。早餐有自助台，龍蝦、鮑魚、蝦餃、水蟹粥這種要和服務人員點。食材很新鮮，味道規矩。體驗很好。倫敦人華庭的水蟹粥，我們吃着有點鹹。這裏正好入住還送了水果點心，管家看孩子愛吃，馬上把吃完的都補充上。全家人都不喝酒，所以晚上的雞尾酒會，沒有去。 我們住的騎士套房，一晚上3W。包含早餐、下午茶和雞尾酒。還有接送服務。軟硬件各方面都相當滿意。頭一次沒聽長者提出不滿。 這次澳門住過的幾家酒店，我自己的綜合感受排名是倫敦人御園 -倫敦人 -老葡京-永利皇宮-新葡京。

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. Cari hotel sementara waktu malam! Tiba-tiba saya ternampak sebuah hotel baru di trip.com bernama Hotel Renjian! Tempah sekarang! Masuk bilik hotel! Anak sudah menangis! Wah! Wah! Walaupun bilik ekor! Tetapi lebih besar daripada bilik lain! Kakitangan yang bertimbang rasa juga datang dengan bekalan kanak-kanak! Zhong membawa selipar pelbagai saiz dan membandingkannya dengan kanak-kanak! Saya mempunyai malam yang baik untuk mendaftar masuk dahulu! Walaupun topeng mata datang dengan semburan bantal! Tetapi mereka semua mempunyai cenderahati dan bar mini Yingji Alangkah baiknya Zhong Gai malam itu👍! Sarapan pagi kedua adalah sangat baik!

We loved this place!!! My family arrived at the airport around 1:30 AM and found out that the hotel was right next to it! It was attached to the airport and didn’t need to take a taxi. After the flight, we could have sweet dreams right away. We loved the place. I would visit this hotel again when we travel to Macao later in the future. The price was wonderful as well! Highly recommended.

位置:十分方便，門口就是巴士站，由港珠澳大橋坐102x直接到門口。附近有不少網紅食店，走去海濱睇煙花也近。 check in: 職員不懂廣東話，不用按金，房咭是指定的(只有一張) 升降機:夠光，夠大，有2部，要拍咭上房間 走廊:光，沒有異味(不過早上有人打開了上天台的門，有點怪怪的 門口:正常，厚，隔音不錯 浴室:光線充足，毛巾各兩條，衛生好好，沒有異味，毛巾乾淨。有浴缸，不過有點高，出入要小心。洗手盆那個水力超級強，但不知為什麼，浴缸那邊的水力超弱。。。去水也慢，水溫不太穩定。 Minibar: 有正常的東西，沒有零食，雪櫃不冷(出水)，有兩支水。 床:枕頭一硬一軟，床單有少少污點(可接受)，被子夠暖。床頭有USB插頭，但燈掣有點太光 冷氣:比較遲緩，可自己調整溫度 窗: 窗簾遮光，但簾與簾之間會爆光，景觀一般(也不是為了景觀訂這酒店) 吹風筒:風力正常，溫度正常 Wifi: 比較弱，不時自己中斷。 電視: 要自己開(遙控器開不了)，不高清 Check out: 因為沒有按金，所以放下房咭就可以走

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 teen. First time in Macau. We were pleasantly surprised and very much impressed by the complimentary snacks and drinks which includes daily 2 bottled water, sprite, coke, non-gassy sweet bottled drink, beer and even a bottle of red wine! There is even coffee beans and coffee grinder for you to grind and make your own coffee! We did not drink the wine as not a wine drinker, neither did we bring it home cos find it a hassle to put into luggage. The staff is very friendly. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is located in a narrow lane and there is no proper hotel lobby where U can take taxi. We have to walk about 2 mins to go main road to catch a taxi. But other than that, hotel is clean and it is near the Ruins of St Paul and few other places. Best part is it is near Koi Kei bakery where I logged 2 giant bags of almond pastry snacks back home.
