Hotel berhampiran Taipa Food Street, Macau

The elevator doesn't work. This is a 30+ story building, and we had to wait a half hour to be able to get down from the 23rd floor because there was only one working elevator and it is slow and everyone is requesting it at every floor because everyone needs to get down somehow. It was like an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm getting out of there -- when we finally got in the elevator, we were lucky to be pressed cheek to jowl with nice people who good senses of humor. The only way it could have been worse is if the elevator broke with us in it.

Hotel provides shuttle bus. Location is good closer to Galaxy. Friendly helpful staff who upgrade us to better room for anniversaries memorial. Breakfast is simple but fine. Nice. Thanks!

Room was nice. Liked the layout of the room. However, several unpleasant experiences due to other guests or resident staying in the hotel. On our same floor, there were guests who did not close the door while sleeping, there were people who opened doors who speak and laugh loudly, guests cooking with doors opened thus triggering fire alarms etc. It may be something coincidental, however it affected my stay. In summary, the rooms are just not well ventilated enough to cause issues like this. It gave me the impression that I am staying in a backpacker hostel. As I did not like the environment, I requested for a refund for my unused night with the hotel, requested via trip.com, unfortunately the hotel did not agree to my request. Location wise, as I was going to Venetian for an event, it was well located for the budget. 19 min walk. Front desk service was helpful in helping me get a cab, and providing directions to move around. In summary, it is not a hotel I would recommend to my own friends.

We had very spacious and very clean room. Nice buffet food Chinese and American cuisine. Big nice and very clean lobby and the whole hotel is very nice. There is also a nice big swimming pool. It is close at 8 PM. Our ecperience there was the staff allowed us to swim eventhough there was 25 minutes left before 8 PM..At least we got 20 minutes swimming.. Feeling good about that.. The hotel is also 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop where we can take 28A going to Macao city or going to Macao Harbor Ferry Terminal where we can ride a Turbo jet going to Sheung Wan Hongkong..

It's quite comfortable booking Treasure Hotel via Trip.com I have booked this hotel earlier 2 months but when I recheck the price before check-in date I found that the price is cheaper than my booking rate so it is disappointed. However the hotel itself is good, convenient as it close to the airport. Room is nice and clean.

Staffs are polite and good service. Also offer free luggage storage before check in and after check out. Just opposite to the airport. The only disadvantage is the room Abit old. Can see there is aging of this hotel. But the view is ok can see airplane

Very nice place to stay ,clean,comfortable .you have some coffee and tea in a room.the view is amazing from the window.next to the hotel you have many casinos ,bakeries and convenient stores.stuff is nice and helpful.the swimming pool is great.i recommend this place and will stay there again.

Sebelum melancong, saya banyak menghabiskan masa membuat kerja rumah dan memilih hotel Kerana saya sendirian, saya memerlukan keselamatan, lokasi yang baik, dan perjalanan yang selesa Secara keseluruhannya, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel yang saya pilih. Yang pertama ialah lokasi, yang saya cukup berpuas hati. Ia mengambil masa lebih daripada sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Runtuhan St. Paul, Grand Lisboa, dan Wynn's Wharf boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki dalam masa kira-kira 25 minit. Jangan takut tersesat. Navigasi Amap sangat mudah, jika anda pergi ke Istana Venetian, Paris atau Wynn, anda perlu menaiki bas, dan stesen bas tidak jauh. Lagipun, saya sudah lama menimbangnya.

Hotel ini mempunyai payung yang boleh dipinjam Pelayan di restoran kilang hiburan mempunyai sikap yang sangat buruk. Dia menggunakan baucar percuma yang diberikan oleh hotel untuk mendapatkan roti tanduk babi , walaupun saya berada di bilik tetamu. *****, tetapi dia terlupa bahawa statusnya juga sangat rendah.
