A equipe de funcionários é bastante solicita e educada. Com certeza os funcionários são o ponto forte do hotel. No entanto, não posso dizer o mesmo da estrutura do hotel Aram Maceió. Apesar de pertencer à rede Aram, deixa muito a desejar. Os problemas começam com a localização do hotel, em uma área ruim, no final da praia de Pajuçara, à noite só dá para sair de Uber devido a insegurança. O quarto em que ficamos tinha uma janela pequena, a vista era para uma obra, não havia lugar para pendurarmos as toalhas e nem as roupas de praia. Também não havia local para colocarmos nossas malas abertas. No banheiro tinha mofo nas paredes, a janela estava muito suja e o chão do box encardido. Roupa de cama furada. A maçaneta com cartão sempre dava problema na hora de entrarmos no quarto. O café da manhã era satisfatório, mas não era servido a tempo de sairmos para os passeios. O piso da área próxima à piscina deteriorado, o chuveiro totalmente enferrujado e nenhum serviço oferecido pelo hotel para beber ou comer algo. Enfim, esperava muito mais de um hotel com classificação três estrelas.

The hotel is well located right in front of the beach. There many restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe. Rooms are modern and clean. Wifi works well. Breakfast at the terrace with an amazing view is real (what you see in the pictures) Service is ok. Price is competitive. Ask for a room with ocean view even if more expensive.

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

Simplemente maravilloso, atención excepcional (especialmente de Raphael de Restaurante) Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias, aire acondicionado y ducha funcionan perfecto. Buenos precios en el restaurante, desayuno muy variado. Tienen smart tv y su ubicación es inmejorable, caminas un par de pasos y llegas a una de las playas más lindas de Maceió. El hotel además es precioso!

Hotel aconchegante, com excelente localização e uma vista da piscina para o mar da pajuçara extraordinária. Os quartos são muito bons, camas confortáveis. O café da manhã é divino, com muita variedade e tudo muito gostoso. Colaboradores sempre dispostos a auxiliar no que precisarmos, muito gentis, educados e simpáticos. A limpeza impecável, ótimo custo benefício. Sempre que vou à Maceió é lá que me hospedo. Super recomendo!

Antes de tudo, é importante saber que eu sou do Rio de Janeiro, então, meus parâmetros para o que é perigoso é muito diferente do das outras pessoas. A pousada, para mim, é muito bem localizada. Na rua paralela à praia de Pajuçara com muitos restaurantes pertos. A coisa mais distante é um mercado que você vai andar em uns 20 minutos. Encontrei a pousada num pacote da Decolar e eu precisava que tivesse um bom wifi, além de me atenderem super bem o wifi era bem potente. O atendimento da pousada é impecável. Fomos muito bem tratados, todos muito simpáticos. No último dia, eu passei mal e todo mundo foi muito gentil comigo, preocupados e carinhosos. A limpeza dos quartos também, tudo muito arrumadinho, não precisei me preocupar em deixar dinheiro, celular ou coisas no quarto. O café da manhã não é café de hotel cinco estrelas. A comida é melhor do que a de casa, se você pedir, eles fazem tapioca, tudo muito gostoso. Mas não tem muitas opções, não é uma coisa que vai te fazer falta. Eu amei Maceió e voltaria mil vezes pra ficar no Aquarela do Brasil.
