I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit."

The hotel was not helpful in addressing my problem, as they kept blaming the booking app for not being able to change the checkout date, even though the app was very helpful and indicated that this change was the hotel's responsibility. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others, but I would warn them that if unforeseen problems arise, they may not be resolved."
