Hotel very close to train station The room was clean All the staff were very nice and helpful Thank you so much I had a very nice stay in the room I going to come back here again! 😊😊💜 Close to Supermarket, and 7-11 is opposite of the hotel

this hotel is little far from center of tokyo however there are lots of cute eateries, shops, bars nearby. very lively at night and super convenient if you want something to eat or grab drinks at family mart. hotel is ok. they charge for late check out no exceptions.

下着だけ持参ですべて揃えているので、館内のサービス、従業員の皆さんの対応、最高でしたー。 贅沢をいうと、 レストランのメニューで、少量サイズのを、増やして欲しいです。つまみ系、ごはん系とかです。 何度も宿泊したいです。

Staffs are professional, friendly, and very responsive. Despite the building is a bit old, I really have no complaint at all! My friend locked himself out three times and the staffs helped him promptly with a smile! They also are willing to work out of the normal schedule and allowed him to use the laundry room during off hours!!!!

Hotel is 5 mins walk from Machida Station east exit (Odakyu line). Rooms is clean though is small size, comes with a small fridge. Hot water is instantaneous and bath tub is deep enough for soaking. Additional toilet amenities are available at lobby. Wifi is good. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. Opposite the hotel a very delicious ramen shop open till late night.

Amazing hotel when it comes to prize for value. Hot springs in hotel price. Staff realy helpful, menaged to prolong my stay by 2 days when there was No room available online. My only issue was distance to Tokyo center and metro station, but it was my choice to book hotel so far away to lower a price

phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, tôi quên mất bữa sáng tại khách sạn, tôi có đặt nhầm lịch nhưng vẫn được hoàn tiền, mọi thứ rất tốt, cảm ơn đã cho chúng tôi trải nghiệm thú vị

衞生：很乾凈 服務：還可以，現在都自助機check in，對於年齡大的人有點困擾。 設施：正常經濟酒店標準，給的洗浴用品很全。 環境：離地鐵站近，走地下道。去skytree一條線也要40-50分鐘。
