Free shuttle and plus nice place room with hot bath. I would choose here for my next trip too. I enjoyed the free coffee service in the entrance area.

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) The set up of the building is confusing if you’re not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all . The room was clean , air conditioning works well . Breakfast could use some fruit ? Nothing for a vegetarian.

Could have used another couple towels, pillows a little hard. Couldn’t find light switches in room. Room was 16 degrees when we got there. But soon warmed up

Great experience. Celebrated the new year with family. Great service from staff at Sheraton. Sukhdeep at help desk explained well about the stay. Easily accessible to water park and all other amusement locations.

I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

This is my first time staying here and it may be my last time. Both the restaurant & maintenance staff were patient, polite, and thoughtful. One of the shuttle drivers was very detail-oriented and made sure to meet guests’ needs, which I greatly appreciate, but another driver was repeatedly late and had an awful, unprofessional attitude. Upon check-in, a deposit is required and while that per se isn’t a problem, the credit card terminal/machine was very difficult to navigate. It ended up blocking my credit card from being used anywhere which is a nightmare for any traveler especially as a lot of places I go to are cashless venues. The ‘do not disturb’ door sign keeps falling off the knob/handle every single time I open and close the door, which caused inconvenience repeatedly (not a one-off issue). I wish they would modernize the air conditioning system. The one in my room was not working at first, no heating in winter is intolerable, I had to get the thermostat replaced which again caused more inconvenience for me. Overall room cleanliness was fine except a few colored specks on one of the bath towels. The room curtains as well as the shower temperature were confusing to adjust. The HVAC noises were quite disruptive too. I just feel like there were so many problems that had to be solved and friction to endure before I could even find any enjoyment in my stay. I know this isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel but even with that in mind, it sure did find lots of ways to disappoint me.

Had a great time here been coming here for 30 years ! Seen 4 or 5 different owners place seems to be improving with new owners rooms upgraded ! Pool view and we made use of the pool we have spent time at other places in gananoque But we come here more than other places!

The hotel room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. We felt warmly welcomed by the sweet touch of two towel swans arranged on the bed upon arrival. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Despite offering only a very simple set menu, we waited nearly an hour to be served. Additionally, when we politely asked the front desk for late checkout due to breakfast delay. We had to fight for a mere 30-min extension. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the beautiful small town, which was truly charming.

Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options. The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.
