The resort was very average. The room was not cleaned and kept ready at checkin time. Staff were not very professional. Food was below average. We were to go for the early morning safari at 5 am and the manager promised us tea and breakfast but it was not ready. On the whole it was not a pleasant experience.

It was our second stay at nature's lap and we really like the staff, location and food, all of which are excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We have celebrated two birthdays at the resort and the staff have really gone out of their way to make something special for each. It is very good value for money.

We were provided non ac rooms at first and after lots of hustle we got the room we booked. Manager behaviour is not good

Wow! What an absolutely amazing experience me and my family had. This place has the most sweet, sincere and hardworking staff. Never in three days did I feel otherwise. They made sure to get everything we asked for, badminton, bonfires and titbits. To get my safari, Mukesh ji even stood in the line from 3 in the night. The food by Deepak chef was simply amazing. As sweet as they are, their food is even more spicy and tasty. Truly scrumptious food. The dining hall staff was spot on and jiffy in their work. Rooms were spacious, cleaned regularly and cozy. Could have been a little more lit, but that would reduce the hut vibe. The premise and surroundings are clean and spacious. Overall it was great. I'll make sure to comeback to experience the MP hospitality.
