The hotel location is excelent. Relation between quality and price is also good.Clean, but visible oCl. From the outside there is no indication that the gate is the hotel gate. Hotel name is not visible. The name "Hotel Boutique" is completely missleading. The hotel is a simple / easy hotel, and has nothing to do with the classical meaning of "Hotel Boutique"

Hotel is very accessible to all restaurants & to my Exam Center that is why I am so satisfied

This property in the Serrano area is very well located to reach our starting point in the Colon area to run them Madrid half marathon. 2 km walk and we are at the starting point The rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is close to #2 Metro Station Nunez D bill Bilbao and Diego de Leon Which itself has a very convenient transportation, Hub for us. We will certainly come back again next year when we do Madrid half marathon this will be our ideal location which we like to share with our friends and family

This is a SCAM. The people working here are absolutely there to take your money and treat you like you are simply *****. I have visited more then 35 countries and stayed in many places, from expensive hotels to airbnb and hostels sharing rooms. But this is way the worst place I even been. To start the reception is open only until 23:00 if you happen to do your check in after that hour, even if is just 5 min later, you will have to pay a penalty of 50€ which is not stayed in the Terms and Conditions. You will have to pay a doggie guy coming in a car with his girlfriend the 50€ in cash or card BUT without getting any receipt. After refusing to pay as I am Spanish and I was gonna call the Spanish police, he agreed to checking us in. Into a room that was with dirty towels and no air conditioner in the middle of August in Madrid! Thanks to Trip.com we got moved to a better room, and Trip helped us on every moment of this nightmare of experience. To end with this on the checkout the guy forced us to have him our details as his boss want to talk to us to pay the 50€, and now they are harassing us to pay. Well… we are not only going to not pay but we are opening a formal case with the Spanish institutions as this is a SCAM and your personal security, money, GDPR could be in danger if you stay in this property.

Location excellent all around the hotel

Good location and worth the price. Standard amenities but sufficient.

It was average. The location was decent, but the room was very cold. I guess it can't be helped since it was cheap, but there wasn't even a hairdryer in the room.

The hotel was extremely hidden; it took me over ten minutes to find it, and the entrance was tiny. The service at hotels abroad is worlds apart from that in China.

One night only; due to the location (near the embassy), it wasn't very clean.

Room with a lot of noise and a window that isn't soundproofed. Cheap furniture.

The facility is clean and they even do daily housekeeping (unexpectedly), but the room quality is really poor. However, the mattresses are good, and you sleep well.

It doesn't match the photos! Quite basic.

Good hotel and well located in a very nice neighborhood. Close to transport (bus and metro)
