Ulasan Boutique Urban Madrid Serrano

Saya menginap di Boutique Urban Madrid Serrano selama seminggu sambil mencari apartmen di Madrid. Bilik itu ringkas dan asas dengan semua yang saya perlukan. Terdapat beberapa perkara kecil yang saya perhatikan seperti tuala kelihatan kotor. Alangkah baiknya jika ada kain lap dengan sedikit sabun kerana terdapat beberapa gelas dan pinggan di dalam almari tetapi tiada cara untuk membasuhnya. Ini hanyalah perkara kecil yang saya perhatikan, tetapi secara keseluruhan penginapan saya sangat baik dan kakitangannya sangat ramah.

Petit déjeuner nul et le nom de l’hôtel n’est pas affiché à l’entrée mais la chambre est bien

Nos tocó en una habitación con demasiado ruido ! Estaban todo el rato en obras…

Me he alojado durante un fin de semana y me ha encantado. La localización es perfecta si te quieres mover por el centro, la limpieza de 10, calefacción bastante alta (se agradece con el frío de Madrid) y personal muy atento. Por poner una pega quizás es que las puertas y el baño están algo viejos, pero todo lo demás fenomenal. ¡Lo recomiendo!

不是24小時前台。沒有拖鞋啥的也沒有歡迎水。地理位置是安全的就在美國大使館旁邊。所以是在好的區域。價格還好吧

這邊無線網都沒有，連都連不上網，差的要死請不要住謝謝！

Para el precio que tiene y la localización no esta mal, pero no os pongais expectativas altas sobre el sitio. Teniamos azulejos rotos, no hubo limpieza en los 2 días que estuvimos y al armario le costaba abrirse.

Meets basic needs for short stay during which you spend most of the day outside. The room has comfortable and clean bed. Clean shower. No breakfast is available. Can go the bar downstairs that opens at 0800. Can be loud late at night because of the bar.

The room was spacious. Light fitting falling off the wall. Location good - not far from metro stations. Staff nice. Some confusion over breakfast- I had booked a room for 2, but when I went to get the ticket it was only for 1. My niece who is 17 counted as a child (!) But they amended the ticket. Also breakfast felt a little stingy - coffee and a pastry or cola cao (not thick chocolate) with tiny churros. Walls very thin - you can here all movement- take ear plugs! But for the location and comfy bed in a budget hotel it was good value.

There was no hot water and super loud noise coming from across the street and people fighting.

abusive enployees. They charge me an extra rate without my permitió. , they lock everyday the room The floor broken. They made me angry everyday. I want my money back

The hotel don’t have a sign to identify the place. They never answer the phone. We where around 45 minutes looking for the location. When finally found it, the person in front desk was super rough and when the phone was ringing and he never answer it. He was looking at a game in the TV. The room smell ugly, a couple of things was broken. The floor was dirty. Is the worst experience that I have in all my travels

NO AIR CONDITION AND THE BATHROOM THEY HAVE TO REFURNISHED IT
