Front desk lady was very polite and helpful. Service for the room could have been better. However, the area and location *******, **** dealers. Keep your car locked and don't keep any valuables inside. The hallways had roaches, I had to get spray and poison for my room because they kept getting in my room. No, it wasn't a bunch in my room but every now and then I would get small German roaches. Have to make sure to keep some bleach and big spray that's my only gripe besides the area.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was not friendly. They would not refund my $50 until they first of all checked the room. When I was at the front desk I asked if I could use the restroom they said it was out of order. I asked if and I go back to the room and use the restroom they said you have to go next door to the Wawa. I had the feeling as though I was a thief and they were trying to guard their property from me. I feel the service was very unprofessional and not friendly and they were rude .

This outside hotel so dirty the allway jesus but inside not too bad

房間很一般，不太挑剔可以將就。不好也不太差。沒有可以誇的，也沒有亮點可以説。反正就住一天算是過關吧。

Strange experience with this hotel. First, it looked like an abandoned hotel when first pulling up. Sign barely lit, empty parking lot etc. Then I was asked for a $50 cash deposit which I have NEVER heard of any hotel requiring in my 20 years of adulting. It felt very sketchy. The $50 was stapled inside of a folded piece of paper. I was probably told, but didn't realize I would only receive this money back upon physically checking out at the front desk before I left in the morning. This just adds uncertainty and time to my morning in which I was catching a flight. I was asked if I was checking out before 9am and told them I needed to check out at 5am. I assume this is because they don't let folks into to the lobby before 9. I had to go to a glass (bullet proof?) window to get a security guard's attention to get the front desk attendant in order to check out in the morning. This was to get my $50 back it turns out. (The main reason I wanted to check out in person was to return the key card based on the previous night's experience with needing to return a borrowed extra key card because they were almost out.) Another oddity was that I had to sign a document affirming I wouldn't try to live at the premises and would only get one key card per adult and other stuff that seemed reasonable, but was odd and something I've never had to sign before. Maybe this was like a Florida thing and not a 'this hotel' thing. (This aside doesn't affect my rating.) More to say but character limi

The place is an Econolodge not an OYO and if they are in the processes of renovating or changing hands they should no be operating until finished. They can only accept cash and can not return your deposit unless they check your room which is done during 9 to 5 hours. I checked out at 8pm and was asked to return the following day for my deposit which was impossible due to the fact I was only staying in Orlando for a 1 day event and got an earlier flight home simply to not have to spend another night at this facility. The parking lot needs to be repaved, the rooms need new doors, the lighting is horrible. The only thing good about the place was the water pressure in the shower. Even my Uber driver said I got tricked because neither of us were expecting this place.

Stayed there this weekend Air conditioning work but the heat didn’t… had people walking pass my room window all night fussing the Fee was outrageous they basically had a damage fee for everything all can do is slo

this has to be the dumpiest hotel I have ever seen. We did not stay. The surrounding grounds were terrible. We felt we were going to a jail cell.

Only leaving two stars. Didn't even stay signs are not updated so it wasn't sure if it was the right place at first. Had a handwritten sign up in the lobby saying having technical difficulties look like it been up for a long time saying they only take cash. Was not going to leave a deposit with cash. Place. Looked a lot more run down than pictures show

Everything can show you what you pay.There is no other way.Low price... But, i want thanks for ms Makeila. She was so kindy!!!!

Toilet was giving trouble to flush. Place smelled like ****. Other than that it is very close to transportation and okay for very short stays.
