The biggest disappointment is that there is no sauna. Breakfast is okayish, small variety but tasty anyways. During lunch time there is no food around in walking distance. Free airport shuttle and 10 minutes walk to a nearest metro station. Overall fine for a few nights between connecting flights.

Very nice and big, close to the airport, kind anf warm service. I will reserve next time.

I had several issues during my recent stay. First, the bus service was difficult to access, making transportation a hassle. Upon check-in, the front desk manager was rushing through the process, which led to him giving us the wrong room. When I returned to address the mistake, he publicly insisted in front of at least 15 people that I was wrong and refused to help until I waited at the back of the line. After a 10-minute wait, he realized his mistake and finally gave us the correct room keys. Furthermore, while in the lobby, we witnessed an unsettling incident where an older couple was robbed. The security presence was minimal, and when asked about security cameras, the staff informed us that they don’t use cameras because they believe guests prefer privacy. This lack of security made us feel unsafe. After all this, we had less than 10 minutes to order food, and the bartender, who initially seemed a bit rough, eventually provided better service. However, the overall atmosphere felt seedy, and the lack of proper security only added to our discomfort. Even during checkout, the manager reminded us about the bus, but that part of the service was inconsistent as well.

Great place to stay, comfy and very clean room. Less than 10 minutes taxi drive away from the airport. The staff were all just so lovely and so helpful. They booked me a taxi for the next day for my flight and everything was just perfect and on time. Even for visiting into the center of Madrid, was about 25 subway away and very easy to find. Definitely recommend when visiting or getting a flight from Madrid

訂的房型是房間裏是房間及有兩張上下單人的雙層床，外加一個雙人床。由於選項裏衹有兩人入住，所以就選的兩人入住。我們是三個大人加一個小孩兒，半夜12點多到酒店之後，酒店前台非説上下雙層的單人床不能住大人。衹能是12歲以下小孩兒，如果大人住就塌了，非要單獨再讓一個大人單開一間房，由於時間已經很晚了，帶着兩個長者一個孩子沒有時間和心情再跟前台理論，衹能先交錢單開了一間房。這個酒店除了離機場近有接送班車以外，沒有任何可取之處，早餐吃的也很簡單，衹有一些麪包。和國內如家快捷的設施差不多。不推薦入住。

服務很棒，因為是晚上很晚到第二天一早就要飛，到了機場有專門接送到酒店，還會幫你預約第二天送機的時間，房間確實挺大的，在歐洲酒店不多見，價格如果機場邊上有點略高考慮到含接送和早餐能接受

周圍環境很好，離機場也很近，從早上五點開始有去機場的班車，需提前一天在前台確定好預約好時間。整體來説很不錯、很方便，很適合第二天上午需要在機場坐飛機的旅客入住

比較簡單的房間，房間面積還行，沒有燒水壺，不送瓶裝水，還算乾淨，比較好的是有機場德班車接送，不用坐地鐵或者打車，轉機臨時住一下還可以。

Hotel correcto para escala cerca del aeropuerto. Un poco antiguo las instalaciones. Personal muy bien.
