Fantastic location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room is basic, but I wasn't planning on using it bar to sleep with such to do in Madrid! Safely stored my luggage after check out and helpful with recommendations.

With no refrigerator on the room, place looses a lot in comfort.

breakfast is rich and varied, thoughtful service and warmth so that guests feel at home.

地理位置十分優越。比鄰2個地鐵站，步行3分鐘可以到達太陽門廣場。周邊還有24小時的超市。酒店整體來説很不錯，值得推薦。

有暖氣和熱空調非常好。保險箱太小了，個人電腦放不進去。衞生間的地板都是開裂的，雖然不是特別明顯，但也是肉眼可見的好幾處開裂。然後，這個位置離街口比較近，會很吵。

Too much noise all around because of strong temporary works in a room and a general lack of soundprofing. Grand Via and surroundings are very noisy. No earplugs ＞ no rest. Such a shame according to the good welcome.

Good central location. It is near several bars and just off a major street so it is fairly noisy. Staff was very helpful and friendly

This hotel is in a fabulous location however the hotel needs a deep clean and redecorating. There is a smell of old stale cigarette smoke when you leave the lift on floor 3. The beds had clean sheets on them and clean towels were provided daily. The bathroom door is glass and was absolutely filthy we could see old hand prints at the top of it and other marks. The bathroom floor is wood or laminate and had risen in some places maybe due to water from shower or sink when standing in front of the sink you felt like the floor was going to cave in. The sealant around the shower was old and mouldy. The wallpaper in the room is old and the curtains were musty and unclean. The floor on the bedroom also needs a deep clean. I felt that the cleaner made the bed, cleaned the sink , emptied the small bin and that was it. The breakfast in the café downstairs is good

Hotel with perfect location, Friendly staff at the front office, check-in process took no time, I’ve asked for a twin rooms and I got what I asked for, Rooms are clean, there is a nice coffee shop connected to the hotel. The only inconvenience I faced was having a room right in front of the housekeeping pantry (Room 107), it was quite noisy to be honest especially in the early morning…other than that all went well

There was a lot of boise from rhe street made it difficult to sleep maybe because it was on the fisrt floor

Great hotel in central location in quiet side street off Grand Via. Nice cafe next door. Excellent service.
