Perfect location right in the middle of the main shopping belt. Pleasantly surprised at the warm service at the reception. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Cute deco too I booked a family room n it was spacious for us 4.

太驚喜的體驗，位置好到沒話説，在太陽門中心位置，一下樓就逛街，走兩步就是地鐵Sol站，大門在街邊，都要刷房卡才能進入，安全措施很到位。 房間不大，床很寬敞乾淨，廁所也很大，有衣櫃冰箱，一個或倆人住絕對合適 早餐非常豐盛，各種火腿麪包水果，咖啡也很好喝。 酒店服務也非常人性化，早上9點多到店，沒到入住時間但有空房，就提前給我房間了 強力推薦這家酒店～

Wonderful location in Madrid, everything was within a 15 minute walk. The property was clean, well appointed and stylish. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was that the walls were a bit thin and noise was sometimes an issue. However, not a big enough issue to not recommend or return myself.

The employee at desk and breakfast were very kind and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Hotel was very close to everything.

Check in was interrupted by another employee or supplier with no apology. The agent just stopped working with us to attend to another matter. Our room was across the hall from an open door into a service stairway that was propped open with garbage and cleaning equipment. It seemed a bit unsafe. Fabulous shower and decent breakfast, very convenient to the city centre Adequate for one night.

Peaceful o más centric hotel. A pure Gema @ plaza del Sol. Service is outstanding. Service by Vanessa, and others are just one of a kind. Can’t wait till next year to check inn again

In the center of Madrid. Walkable to all tourist location. Room was very small Bed was uncomfortable

Only downfall was a some humidity moldy stains on bathroom ceiling … all else great experience. Upon arrival Raquel was extraordinary … our flight early morning and no rooms were arrival for an extra day yet she helped in allowing us to us the little bottom den area to rest a bit and expedited an early checkin which after a long flight my family and I appreciated. Although a holiday weekend access to and from hotel was super easy via walking, train or even though it is a walk only street a cab was easily accessed. They even set up the cab to take us to the train station for the next part of our trip. I would definite recommend and hope to be back hopefully very soon!

Good location. Friendly staff. But room was too hot and location too noisy w Christmas crowds.

Great location, easy to access the Metro. There are plenty of food options, including KFC and McDonalds. At the back of the hotel, there is a Corte Inglés where you can do some shopping.
