Prima hotel op toplocatie ! Schoon en stijlvol hotel . Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor stedentrip . Bus en 3 metro stations op loopafstand . Vriendelijke bediening , nette kamers .

Hotel con una excelente ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Tienen una terraza en su novena planta con buenas vistas a la Gran Vía, donde puedes tomarte algo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad (algo difícil en esta ciudad). Nos dieron una habitación reformada y no podemos sacarle ningún inconveniente, era amplia, con un baño enorme y todo muy limpio. Sin duda volveremos.

Lovely hotel, Gran Via right outside hotel. Incredible roof top view. Excellent check in, smooth and easy, friendly staff. Close to everything in Madrid.

Great hotel in the heart of the shopping district on Gran Vía. Beautiful rooms (a bit small compared to US) with large French doors and big windows facing the Gran Vía. Staff was attentive and room cleaning happened quickly when asked. Also not too expensive for the area. Excellent place. Will be back.

Great location on the main drag thro central Madrid. Super access to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean. The front rooms were noisy - who knew the bus shelter needed jet washing at 2am! If you want quiet stay somewhere else!

The room didn’t have air condition and it was 68 degrees and the beds were not comfortable at all and we slept with the windows open but it was still warm and noisy

Hotel was safe, clean, centrally located. Staff was very helpful and professional. Be preparred for city noise but worth the ear plugs.

It should have specified well the amount of people that can stay in a room because when you get the hotel they make you pay more for an extra person.

We loved the room and staff, but I think we should have been put in a room where the construction work wasn't so bothersome. We came there to relax, not to listen to power tools running during the day and into the late evening.

There are almost 2 hotels here. One elevator goes to rooms that face mostly inside, which I was assigned initially for my 1 week stay. I tried 1 night but couldn’t imagine an entire week without seeing the sun and I asked to be changed. Desk clerk was very helpful, and although it took an additional night I was relocated. He even escorted me to the new room to view before making the change. Both rooms are spacious, clean, with good facilities. Just be aware that if what you like is to look out on to the city streets (and the noise that comes with that), you need to arrange that ahead of time, or take your chances. The hotel is perfectly located along Gran Via, with easy access to Metro + just plain walking to major sites.
