Ulasan Chongqing Marriott Hotel

I like this hotel too much, the service is very good and professional, always enjoy the breakfast, the only problem in my opinion is that they always finish very early the room service and never ope the sky bar.

Very nice hotel: convenient location, clean and spacious room with a gorgeous view of the Yangtze River, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk (Xiao Jiang) and at the concierge desk.Will visit again.

Overlooks the city, great view.

Staff members were very nice despite being extremely busy (because of the CNY holidays). However, the overall service was not exactly what we expected of a Marriott brand hotel (clearly not the best one we have been to). The executive lounge was in the main reception hall (28th floor) instead of the higher floors (it usually is on the 47th floor). The food in the executive lounge was alright, but the quality could have been better, and the choice finer. Location is perfect to explore some of the ancient neighborhoods!

I've been staying in different Marriot Hotel in China and it was my first time to get disappointed with their service due to 2 hours late check-in and the unprofessional way of communicating of the girl in the front desk (All the girls there are very nice aside from this girl, she will talk to you with a poker face and while busy doing something, very unwelcoming) Luckily, Jane, the manager of the hotel, is very kind and gave us a very good room and free meal. But overall stay, this hotel is still worthy of 5 stars review. Always satisfied with the room and breakfast.

The view of the hotel is very good. It is easy to move around because it is close to the city. The hotel's restaurant is delicious. I'll visit again next time.

The room was very clean with comfy robes and an awesome bed. Dinner buffet was plentiful as was the complementary breakfast. Executive happy hour had lots of options and generous drink pours. Disappointed we were unable to order late night room service despite the menu saying we could since there were no other food options nearby. Great views of the city from the 50th floor.

房間整潔大氣，窗景一流。雙床房是1.4米的床鋪，足夠寬敞。最值得一讚是前台的優質服務，温柔的小曾人美心善，見到我們是兩家人想住同一樓層，主動替我們把房間升級並安排相近房間，並貼心提示可以上頂樓觀光。另外，提前在前台加購早餐可以比臨時購買優惠一些，也是小曾的提醒。贊贊贊，服務貼心👍

一個國際品牌的酒店，晚上10點莫名沒水了，打所有的客房服務電話都沒人接，好不容易打通來了工人上門看説半小時內給回覆，結果過去一個小時都沒人搭理 又打了一圈電話沒人接；前台、餐廳、客房都沒接電話的人夜裡12點了來水了，一放，見照片所示。住了那麼多酒店開了眼了；後來説是泳池清掃… 跟我住客有神馬關係…

房間很大，夜景挺美，兩張1.35 的床，還挺適合一家三口. 挺乾淨的. 早餐也不錯！ 酒店五分鐘就有地鐵. 外環線. 坐地鐵三站地解放碑洪崖洞、還挺方便吧 房間不是特別隔音、其他都挺好

本來入住的就比較晚，窗簾還是壞的，這些不應該打掃房間的時候就準備好麼？一定得人住進去了，準備睡覺了，凌晨12點，再穿戴整齊，請師傅來修窗簾？ 本來累了一天就想好好休息，酒店就是提供一個能讓人好好休息的環境，臨睡前還憋一肚子氣。臨走時一句道歉都沒有。硬件不僅有問題，服務還跟不上。

接待人員小廖服務態度很好，之前定錯了房間，跟小廖溝通了下，很快進行了更改，把原來一米八的大床，更換成了1.4的2張床，辦理速度快，選的房間也滿意，還有早餐和觀景提醒，中間需要的洗護用品也及時給送到。
