"Hotel con una excelente ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Tienen una terraza en su novena planta con buenas vistas a la Gran Vía, donde puedes tomarte algo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad (algo difícil en esta ciudad).
Nos dieron una habitación reformada y no podemos sacarle ningún inconveniente, era amplia, con un baño enorme y todo muy limpio.
Sin duda volveremos."

"An amazing place for such a reasonable price! I got there super early and the friendly staff let me check in as soon as I arrived. They told me they do their best to accommodate this if they have the availability. The room was spotless, warm and had great products. The location was convenient and the public spaces were stellar. It’s a great place to congregate as there are plenty of break-out areas and a good restaurant. There are so many nice details in this hotel that I realised were lacking in other, more expensive hotels in this visit to Spain that made me appreciate The Social Hub even more in retrospect."

The hotel is not located close to the historical center, rather closer to the university area, however there are metro stations close with convenient connections. I wont tell you it is the most fancy and luxury hotel in Madrid but i will garuntee you the best stay ever
We had a terrace with Palace view room
We had a museum ventage cars tour in the hotel it self
Location is great really close to royale Palace
And close to sabatini Gardens ..
🙁 Price was too high for 3-stars Hotel but it worth every euro
🙁 Housekeeping was not that good but we got it so late ,,
Staff was very friendly and helpful
My next stay to Madrid will be in Same hotel

"L'hôtel est situé à l'étage du métro (derrière les escalators, vous verrez une façade avec des rayures noires et blanches).
Essayer d'avoir une chambre à l'étage. Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée ne sont pas très bien insonorisé. Donc pour celles et ceux qui se lèvent tard, vous serez probablement réveillés par le brouhaha des autres voyageurs qui seront venus préparer leur petit-déjeuner dans la zone situé en face des chambres concernées.
Et si je devais en rajouter une couche, je dirais que vous allez sentir des légers tremblement à cause des trajets du métro.
Enfin, perso, j'ai eu un petit soucis de bruit qui venait de je ne sais trop où, peut-être de la climatisation, c'était comme une longue aspiration (il peut être assez agaçant à la longue mais j'ai fait la sourde vu que je n'étais que de passage)
Sinon, c'est bien propre, très spacieux, les lits sont confortables et emplacement pratique pour les transports. Mais rapport qualité/prix, on aura vu mieux. :)

DDr. T The TravelerTo start my review I will point out the positive things which were unfortunately not that many.
The hotel is well located to most everything in Madrid via Metro or walking distance to all restaurants and shopping wishing the center of town. Great foodie destinations and shopping are close by, and that’s where the positive comments will stop.
Upon checking in the first signs of poor service were obviously there. They mentioned that because I booked via the “App” Trip.com or other then we would not be considered like others who booked via their own site or preferred partners.
The room was on the first floor and next to the housekeeper room which was non-stop and especially first thing early morning was my alarm clock at 7am everyday whilst on my vacation, so clearly not a a good thing.
Second and another very important issue was the A/C which didn’t work correctly and was making noise, the room was warm and humid the whole time, I mentioned to the reception within 10min of checking in, 4 nights and nothing was done to improve or correct this issue.
Any request or comment was never taken in a professional, responsible or respectful way. As I was on a well deserved vacation I didn’t want to get angry and cause more stress to myself, but I was clear that I would not let this pass without commenting on it.
The breakfast was good, clean but very limited in regards to selection. When requesting your eggs as they mentioned at each table the request was always ignored and just whatever was available even cold eggs as times were sent out. I had to request each day that my eggs were to be prepared soft/runny and they usually brought out cold m, dry and overcooked. So they would give me a look when I asked to please prepare as requested and then after some time they would come back with the order as mentioned.
Over all it was an effort that I don’t need or want at each stage of the interaction with staff and the facility.
I will stick to my usual Usual choice which is Bonvoy group of hotels next time.

PPengguna TetamuWe decided to stay in the Hard Rock Madrid for our short stay because we knew there would be high standards of accomodation and service. Everything was perfect in respect of the facilities, including the room but the best thing about our stay was the service provided by the staff. They were all fantastic! The gym is great, outdoor space is well designed and the breakfast was excellent!

JJoelAfter traveling extensively in China, returning to Spain highlighted some noticeable differences, particularly in Madrid. While the city and its infrastructure may feel a bit outdated compared to other global hubs, the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá was a decent and comfortable place to stay.
The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable.
The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work.
The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day.
The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.

Но до этого снимала апартаменты за те же деньги ближе к центру, мне они понравились больше. Однако на одну ночь вполне можно остановиться и в этом отеле. Рядом есть метро. До центра минут 40-50 пешком, но я ходила в качестве прогулки. Номер старенький, но чистый, можно оставить вещи бесплатно. Однако в отеле хорошая слышимость, слышно все разговоры, но ночью никто не шумел.
