Hotel con una excelente ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Tienen una terraza en su novena planta con buenas vistas a la Gran Vía, donde puedes tomarte algo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad (algo difícil en esta ciudad).
Nos dieron una habitación reformada y no podemos sacarle ningún inconveniente, era amplia, con un baño enorme y todo muy limpio.
Sin duda volveremos.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful from arrival onwards. Room excellent, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Location ideal for walking to large galleries - Thyssen and Reine Sofia, Prado, and the Atocha station. Would book again!

One Shot Recoletos is a jewel in the city. Perfect cozy home away from home near everything else. It has everything you need - a cozy bed, clean bathroom, and enough space to pack (we had 5 big bags!). Will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to Madrid! Clara and Sandra were great and made sure we had a great stay!

Overall we stayed in 3 rooms - the first we rejected after one night because the shower was unacceptable with an awful smell of drains emanating from it and there was no bath as alternative. The second they moved us to was much better with bath in the room but it had a shower cubicle which again smelled of drains - we didn't use it. The 3 rd room was a luxury duplex suite after we'd left the city and returned for one more night - yet again the shower smelt awful and they had to send the housekeeper up to pour disinfectant down it. They blamed rain but it hadn't rained on all the days - I blame the construction of the showers - marble slabs with gaps in between where dirt and mould was visible - frankly quite awful. We found the hotel otherwise a bit strange in layout but comfortable, nice terrace bar/restaurant and a good buffet and cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful except for young lady who suggested I needed 40 minutes or more for taxi to train station - I got there in under 5 minutes !

Location is perfect, the room was well equipped and comfy, thanks for the the welcome coffee and water. Raxchell and Edward were always kind and friendly, whatever we asked for they were happy to answer and garantee. We could check in early and we could leave our luggage till late afternoon after checking out.

H10 Tribeca was a very beautiful hotel in the commercial area of Madrid. The design is mid century modern with some additional elements. Beautiful light fixtures and tiles in the lobby. The bar/restaurant area is cozy and comfortable. There is a large interesting bookshelf, with lots of books to read. Also industrial lights in lobby add interest to the room. The room was very spacious with a great bed. Bedside table and lights were also nice. Closet space was great, space for suitcases was a plus. The bath has wonderful rain shower head with super hot water. The is walk in but spacious.

My experience of this hotel was great! We were a group of people from Sweden where our flight was delayed. We received vouchers to stay at this hotel. Hence, I didnt fill in friends or couple or family. We later have become friends though because of the experience we had gone through. The hotel had a transfer to and from the hotel/airport. The front desk were amazing help. Free wifi. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms splendid. They had a hair dryer, bath towels, soap. We didnt have toothbrushes nor toothpaste and reception provided for us very willingly....for FREE!! The beds are VERY comfortable, the rooms quiet. Hallways clean. Their english is good. One can sit in the bar outside the restaurant and chill until dinner or otherwise (at a cost of course). The food we were offered was from the buffet which was totally OK. There is a menu provided though that I guess as a regular guest you would have a choice to pick from. I gave this a 4 star as the service that night in the restaurant ONLY was not so fantastic. There was a staff member who didn't treat us as guests but was very unpleasant, as if we were bothering him. He seemed annoyed, even though there were other guests there too. Wake up calls are also available. Very nice hotel that I would recommend and even consider staying in the future. It is also a 15 minute drive from the airport. Thank you for your services, for being so plesant and accepting to us. We ALL really appreciated this!! Recommended!!

PPengguna TetamuAs a Marriott Titanium / Lifetime Platinum Elite Guest, our family [husband, wife and two young daughters] decided to visit Madrid, Spain to start our month-long 2023 summer vacation in Europe. We spent five (5) nights at Westin Palace Madrid using our Bonvoy points in late May / early June 2023. Please see the thirty-eight (38) photos we posted with this review of all aspects of the hotel. Within days after making our five (5) night stay using Marriott Bonvoy points approximately ten (10) months prior to our arrival date, we emailed General Manager, Pablo Flores and advised him of our future stay as well as our special requests, including our request for an Executive Suite, which would comfortably host our family of four. Within hours of our email, we received a thoughtful reply Paloma Hidalgo, Director of Rooms, whom immediately provided us with a complimentary guaranteed upgrade to an Executive Suite and further, Ms. Hidalgo readily granted all of our other special requests. The prompt response did not come as a surprise to us given how active the management of this property is in reading and promptly replying to past guests on Trip Advisor as well as the Marriott Bonvoy website, which is but a mere sign of management’s commitment to exemplary customer service. Not surprisingly, we were overjoyed with such a response and really looked forward to our future stay at The Westin Palace Madrid. This gorgeous historic hotel is magnificently located in Madrid overlooking the Neptune Fountain and less than a three minute walk to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, less than a five minute walk to the Prado Museum and less than a ten minute walk to the Reina Sofia Museum. It is also extremely close to Retiro Park and is within an easy 15 minute walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Gran Via as well as many bars, restaurant, trendy cafés, market and other cultural attractions. You can easily walk everywhere throughout the entire city but public transportation options abound in close proximity to the hotel as well. Our initial visit to the Westin Palace Madrid did not disappoint, especially when the hotel accommodated our extremely early check-in (before 9:00 am). The check-in process with Ms. Hidalgo, Estefanía Martinez, Front Office Assistant Manager and Juan at the reception desk was a breeze. Further, Ms. Martinez was kind enough to personally escort us to our suite and show us all of the features and amenities of same. This was very thoughtful on the part of Ms. Martinez and very much appreciated. Throughout our entire five (5) night stay, Ms. Hidalgo and Ms. Martinez were especially helpful and friendly. We simply loved our Palace Executive Suite with slightly over 1,000 square feet in total space with a sublime view of the Neptune Fountain; it was truly remarkable. DDr. T The TravelerTo start my review I will point out the positive things which were unfortunately not that many.
The hotel is well located to most everything in Madrid via Metro or walking distance to all restaurants and shopping wishing the center of town. Great foodie destinations and shopping are close by, and that’s where the positive comments will stop.
Upon checking in the first signs of poor service were obviously there. They mentioned that because I booked via the “App” Trip.com or other then we would not be considered like others who booked via their own site or preferred partners.
The room was on the first floor and next to the housekeeper room which was non-stop and especially first thing early morning was my alarm clock at 7am everyday whilst on my vacation, so clearly not a a good thing.
Second and another very important issue was the A/C which didn’t work correctly and was making noise, the room was warm and humid the whole time, I mentioned to the reception within 10min of checking in, 4 nights and nothing was done to improve or correct this issue.
Any request or comment was never taken in a professional, responsible or respectful way. As I was on a well deserved vacation I didn’t want to get angry and cause more stress to myself, but I was clear that I would not let this pass without commenting on it.
The breakfast was good, clean but very limited in regards to selection. When requesting your eggs as they mentioned at each table the request was always ignored and just whatever was available even cold eggs as times were sent out. I had to request each day that my eggs were to be prepared soft/runny and they usually brought out cold m, dry and overcooked. So they would give me a look when I asked to please prepare as requested and then after some time they would come back with the order as mentioned.
Over all it was an effort that I don’t need or want at each stage of the interaction with staff and the facility.
I will stick to my usual Usual choice which is Bonvoy group of hotels next time.

PPengguna TetamuFirst the place was not easy to find as it was just a littled door in an alley. Once you find it, it was ok. The appartment was not exactly as in the pictures, but it was still great. There was an elevator (thank God!) and the building was pretty quiet. The appartment is located right in the center, 10-minute walk from Plaza España and 200 metres from Gran Via and Chueca Metro Stations, and lots and lots of restaurants and stores. Be aware, you get the code to the appartment only when you do your online check in AND pay a deposit (for damage and stuff) online. If you are not connected and don't have access to email it may be an issue. In my case, i only checked my email once or twice a week (missed the one for deposit obviously) - but it worked out fine in the end.

Rooms very basic, our room had a broken sink with 3x cracks in it, but did have clean bed linen and towels, shwer was hot....aircon was good, kitchenette ok.? no kettle so used a pan. The male staff member that checked us in was rude and unhlpfull. Apparently all rooms in this place had.. ###” recently been refurbished??🤣🤣 ” ### poor soap dispensers 1 of which was broken😅😅....***. ” think green washing up liquid for soap ” **** and the cheapest of toilet roll.... We were here (all 128 of us for the Andre Rieu concert)....3x coaches..in total in this and the sister place/ hotel the Genova. My /our breakfast was poor and you had to go to reception for a ” ticket for breakfast 🤣 ” then leave the hotel and go to the tapas bar next door??....whats all that abou? Breakfast was €5 apparently...1xcoffee, 1 xjuice and 1x crossiont or 1x tostada😂 it was a joke really 😣😂😂....no bar in hotel? It was more like a hostel really...not God value for money...asvwe were within a group package it's difficult to work out costings for our stay 8th to 11th February 2022? Costs next week are approximately €67- €75 per night.....all in all not a happy person, would have not booked had we been coining independently. Would I stay here again/recommend? Not a hope in hell.
