Hotel Madurai dengan Spa

The property was good. But the cleanliness was horrible. They don't clean the bath room and even the flush was not working. Tv was not there in the room. But they claim that while booking. Even we have to ask for the bucket in the bathroom. Hot water also not available.

Good hotel with Delicious breakfast and Good services… spacious banquet halls and the special thanks to mr Saravana and Naveen and also the ***ager mr Arjuna and all housekeeping staffs and ms Subha had taken care throughout the meeting.

Clean well maintained stay. Spacious room with ac, geyser, tv and also a fan. Missed the room kettle-coffee-tea facility. For this price that would be added. Though located very near the maatuthavani busstand, it is quite calm. No sounds of hussles and bussles.

Good propery, with neat and clean rooms with wooden furniture & fixtures added a luxurious environment. The restaurant having all types of foods, south indian, north indian and continental foods with good ambiance to add taste to the foods. Overall experience was very good. Whenever we visit madurai, we have locked this facility in our dairy.

Très bon hôtel de type colonial vieillot avec beaucoup de charme. Bien sûr il n’est plus dans le coup sur quelques détails comme l’information inexistante (horaires, menus resto, room service, cours de yoga ) Le resto le soir est en buffet pas mal mais ferme tôt. Mais bien

Property is located in a optimal place for my local visits. Accessibility to property entrance was clean and nice. Food was excellent with good combination of varieties. It had a ample parking space. Amenities at room are ok, but not to the mark of the price. Front office staff and other staff were courteous

The hotel is just mesmerizingly beautiful. Within the city limits of a small town (with a narrow roads and traffic) lies a piece of tranquility on top a hillock, and full of friendly (and instagrammable) peacocks, which we found almost everywhere. The people are very helpful. Mr Pandyan, from who managed the booking and car reservation for us, was very helpful. The cafetaria staff was helpful and polite too. The buffet breakfast and dinner was quite good. Mr Balaji, our guide for the Madurai tour was very nice and knowledge and we had a wonderful Amma temple visit with his help. The only dark spot was the Rameshwaram temple visit as the person arranged by the hotel as the local guide was not good. Finally, I want to make a special mention about Mr Kartikeyan, who had been with us with the car for 3 days (picked us up from the airport and dropped us). What a wonderfully helpful and sweet person he is. I would suggest everyone visiting Gateway Madurai to avail the service of Mr. Balaji and Mr. Kartikeyan, if they need it.

Room was very average compared to the cost. The walls were shabby and paints were coming out across. The rooms had mosquitos, which was very disturbing. Door locks were not operating properly. Location : very good with good parking food : good amenities : none as described - no spa, no gym only a 4 feet pool. Services : average
