Amazing Experience. Very friendly and kind. Beautiful time with the elephants!

The hotel is unique that you are able to have a close contact with elephants, I did arrange elephant morning call and bathing in the river, what a good experience for my family. The hotel is so close to nature that mosquitoes, flies, and other insects you can’t get rid of, you need to get along with them! It is not fair to compare the amenities with that of any five stars hotels in chiang mai, you can choose, pick or stay at a cozy five stars hotel with your family but I am quite sure it is not easy to have such a close contact with nature and elephants at any five stars hotels in the city. If you are looking for a nice swimming pool with a fruity smoothies in hands, this is not a hotel for you! If you are looking for a close contact with nature especially elephants, I am sure this is the hotel you are looking for!

Nice resort and friendly staff. Had an elephant wake up call and bamboo water rafting.

Stayed for one night at the family room for 4 pax. Loved the view as the river is just right beside the room. The up close activity with the elephants & bamboo rafting were fun & memorable. Would be nice if the bathroom can be enhanced and upgrade the beds from queen bedded to king bedded.

Unique countryside stay with the elephants. Rooms were comfy and clean. Food at the restaurant was awesome too.

From the minute we arrived we felt at home, and looked after. The staff are very welcoming and warm, helpful and happy. The location is idyllic, with amazing views from our chalet of the river and the area is very well kept and tidy. We did the full days experience which included; elephant care, feeding, caring, trekking through the jungle with them and bathing in the river. It was so much fun and the staff very happy and knowledgeable. With lots of good opportunities for photos. Good shoes for trekking and clothes you don't mind getting muddy is a must. After this we had a lovely afternoon with a bamboo rafting experience, a drive up into the mountains for a picnic by a local waterfall. The chalet was very spacious, clean and had great facilities, including what looked like a new aircon system. The restaurant area was a little small but we always found a seat, with amazing views to the river and others bathing elephants. The food was very tasty. We recommend you arrange your transfer with the resort in advance because Grab and Tuk-tuk do not go up that far up the mountains. If you purchase the full day experience your transfer both ways will be included.

Very special experience

度假村離機場比較遠，由於想體驗大象叫早，所以清邁旅遊第一站選擇這裏。提前跟度假村訂了接機，回到市區也是通過度假村預訂的。 check in之後需要通過鐵索橋進到度假村內部，小朋友覺得很有趣。到處可見的大象，而且距離很近，度假村活動也很豐富，真的很有趣。山裡的生活比較簡單，大人小孩都很喜歡。 我們訂的是雙人房，真的很小很小，如果帶小朋友的話，建議還是三人間。房間簡單，雖然很久，但是衞生還可以。 另外 我們住了一晚第二天退房回到市區發現小朋友的物品忘記在度假村，當時已經晚上九點多，聯繫酒店沒有回覆了，就通過攜程管家來聯繫，那麼晚還有管家在線頓時好感，説幫我聯繫酒店。晚上十點半多回復我説，酒店説沒找到我們的物品，當下非常失望。第二日清早我們再次聯繫酒店，很快酒店回覆我們説有的，找到我們物品了。後來得知，酒店晚上是21:00會下班的，所以第二日一早上班回覆我們了。不知道攜程管家跟誰聯繫的…..

太適合帶小朋友來玩了，房價也不貴，其它項目是另外收費，漂流很好玩，沿河可以碰到當地年輕人玩耍，還有沿邊的大象，非常有意思，訂了大象叫早，大象媽媽帶着寶寶來了，而且能喂一麻袋香蕉，超級可愛哦！

這家很原始森林的感覺，個人很喜歡，喜歡動物又有大象也有貓咪小狗，餐廳的東西很好吃，喝的很不錯，我最喜歡百香果沙冰。

酒店條件一般。但是大象體驗還不錯。孩子挺喜歡。大象喂到手痠。一次衹要20b。大象叫早也是喂大象🐘！竹筏漂流也挺好玩
