The hotel staff were amazing. We have been to may hotels but I do not think I have seen people going out of their way to help you. We had a problem with our car and needed to check out late and then later and they were very accommodating
The walk on the lake seemed super nice (granted we were there in the winter)
It is a rather small town but with may restaurants and things to do. Coming from US we were very pleasantly surprised how nice everyone was

The room was really quiet and the Turkish food in the restaurant just delicious, although few options for kids.

We didn’t like the noise in the hall beside our room and outside in the courtyard. Drunk people running around until 3:30 in the morning, beer cans littered outside. No staff on duty until 7am the next morning. Worst experience ever, would not recommend.

Charged a $200 damage deposit for a mini bar. There was no Mini bar. No water in rooms to drink, Restaurant closed on the Monday we were there. No receipt at exit as they do accounting end of day. Did not feel like a lux room. Strange shower door. At this time (afternoon next day), no receipt to see if deposit was refunded. Location is nice.

Very nice hotel on the lake and nearby everything in Magog center. Excellent mattress, retro decor and comfortable floor plan in our room, kind and helpful staff, beautiful view and location. Will stay here again the next time I visit Magog:)

Very conveniently located hotel that is a few minutes walk from the "downtown" part of Magog. Clean hotel with spacious rooms. We had a view of the lake which makes it a great place to stay. There is a path on the lakeshore which is 20 seconds walk from the hotel. Parking is not plentiful but there is enough if you park at the hotel restaurant's parking lot. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked like a very nice place. Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if you want to explore the town by foot.
