5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

This hotel is in a good location, about 45 minutes from the international airport. 3 stayed for 3 nights. Right from arrival we were welcomed by helpful staff and had a speedy check-in. At the same time they gave us a room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. Again the staff were very hospital and nothing was trouble for them. We even liked the long bar with live band. We will be back to Manila soon and will not think of staying in any other hotel except The Fairmount. We were escorted to our room and everything was explained in details by the concierge who also helped us book the Manila city your for the next day with a reliable agent.

Wir waren hier im Januar nach meiner Ankunft in einer Airbnb Unterkunft für eine Woche in diesem Gebäude. Wir konnten keinen Unterschied spüren zwischen den KL Gästen und uns als Airbnb Mieter. Der Service und das Personal waren super. Daher entschlossen wir uns, hier noch einmal eine Woche vor meiner Abreise zu buchen. Diesmal direkt bei KL. (Buchung über eine Hotel- Buchungseite) Wir wurden mit einem Zimmer Upgrade von Premium auf Executive überrascht, ohne es vorab anzufragen. Von Vorteil war für uns auch der kostenlose Parkplatz im Gebäude, da wir mit den Auto unterwegs waren. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Der Zimmerservice war super. Auch bei besonderen Wünschen oder auch Problemen unterstützten sie uns. Wir benötigten Hilfe, da die Autobatterie sich entleert hatte. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Unser Zimmer von KL war sehr sauber, gestaltet in schönen Design und bestens ausgestattet, inclusive der Küche. In der Küche hatte es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass wir auch gut und lange schlafen konnten. Auch die Lage ist erwähnenswert. Die Aussicht auf die Skyline, die Parks vor dem Gebäude, die unzähligen gute Restaurants und Greenbelts ist nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Auch in Bezug auf die Sicherheit hatten wir keine Bedenken. Wir waren oft bis spät Abends/ Nachts zu Fuß unterwegs. Wir können das KL Serviced Residence auf Grund unserer Erfahrungen zu 100 % empfehlen und werden beim nächsten mal wieder hier sein. Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb on a weekend getaway shortly before the world fell apart. Booked on Agoda, prepaying around $65 SGD a night including a basic breakfast. Only 2 devices allowed for WiFi. Room was small but adequate. Only 1 towel provided despite booking for 2 adults - had to ask for the additional towel. Same problem again after cleaning on the 2nd day. Double bed with a very hard mattress. Combined shower/bath in bathroom. Some noise from slamming doors and aircon. Friendly staff. Friendly staff. Good location in the night-life area of Makati. About a 20 min walk to the malls.

Great location. Great staff. Great family vacation. Clean well maintained old hotel. Very accessible to shopping center, restaurant and malls. Gym and great restaurant. Will come back again.

The housekeeping service provided by Mr. Ariel Pilande, Room Attendant was excellent. He was prompt in his duties, kept the room super clean and well-informed about the services available at the hotel. He is a skilled converationalist. His supervisor, Sir Ryan Navarro made sure that his staff served as well (quite good in overseeing his staff). Overall, the hotel met my expectations from the guards at the ground floor (extremely nice), concierge (attendants were most helpful) and reception (staff were friendly, efficient and helpful).
