enjoyed my stay at the hotel- the room was large and bed was comfortable. service crew was also great - the room was tidy everyday when service was requested. they also provided a huge canister of water in place of plastic water bottles for sustainability efforts. free breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about. would have appreciated air conditioning in the lifts and corridors!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Citadines Benavidez. The staff at the front desk was excellent. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a small stain on the bathroom floor mat. One disappointment was the hotel's policy of not allowing drinks by the pool, even if purchased from the hotel restaurant. The view from the rooftop pool was beautiful, and it would have been great to enjoy a drink while taking it in. Perhaps the hotel could consider allowing guests to bring drinks purchased on-site to the pool area. Shoutout to the concierge team! 💕

We needed to late check-in due to our flight schedule and even It was in the middle of the night it was still a smooth process. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym and of course how close it was to greenbelt. The doormen were also very attentive to their guests. Breakfast was great as well, there were many options to choose from. There was only a mixed up with the description on this app vs. what was really the standard at the hotel. All inclusive doesn’t mean all meals but all inclusive of complimentary breakfast, wifi and parking. Their hotel character’s Tami and the gang was really cute, if ever I pass by the hotel I might get them, hopefully. Overall a very enjoyable stay for our family and a perfect place to catch up rest.

I’ve stayed at 4 Citadines/ Somerset/ Ascott properties in Makati including this combined. While this could be the newest, the configuration is cramped (specifically toilet and sofa/dining table) relative to the peer properties. OK for overnight stay. However, staff are inefficient — it’s clear that they’re not producing well thought out solutions/ work vs staff at peer hotels. Should I stay at an Ascott/ Somerset/ Citadines around this area again, I would switch back to the solid ones along Salcedo.

Well cleaned up room facility. Good breakfast, simple but more than enough. Friendly staff. No bathtub (b/c its Citadine)

Неплохой отель для пары ночей в Маниле. Завтраки средние, выбор по меню на заказ. Вид был на противоположное здание, где делался ремонт, поэтому приходилось держать шторы закрытыми. Неплохой бассейн на верхних этажах. Рядом магазин 7-eleven.

Such a great boutique hotel…let’s start with the convenient location, super comfortable, excellent service, friendly and professional staff, and great amenities (pool, gym). Did I mention clean? It’s super clean!! And the resto is helmed by a noted Manila chef so the food is delicious. And with an amazing playlist to boot. Highly recommended!
