The St.t. Regis Astana Hotel is a beautiful experience. I was in the city of Astana with my wife for summer vacation. We decided that the Saint Regis Hotel was ideal because it is very close to the center and on a boardwalk with a path over the river. This trail is perfect since you can walk and enjoy a local atmosphere full of energy and the city's architecture and bridges. Miss Amina Gatauowa received us at the hotel in the most courteous and friendly way. She explained all the hotel amenities and took us to our room, helping us many times with other projects such as visits to parks, entertainment, and other advice. The attention in the hotel by the staff is excellent. Once in the suite, we were upgraded, thanks to Mr. Chupanov, who received us in the best way. We find a pretty luxurious room of French architecture, quite spacious and bright, with a giant balcony and a view of the river. The room has a study room, dining room, living room, kitchen, refrigerator, library, and two bathrooms. In addition, The St. Regist hotel has a butler service who was very kind and willing to explain his services to us. We receive complimentary tea daily, and the ironing service is free. The architecture of the hotel is excellent. It has a French style where you can enjoy outdoor spaces such as its restaurant, a spa if you want a moment of relaxation, a 24-hour gym, and personalized transportation. I have no more words to describe this stay as one of the most pleasant and comfortable. Thank you, Hotel Saint Regis, for this luxurious experience.
