Ulasan Ramada Encore Makati

The location is quite okay. But the room is not maintained. Some lights are busted making it dark inside the room. The toilet is dirty. Every night whenever I come back to the hotel I would see cockroach in the bathroom. Even the windows are dirty as well. The check in process is a bit hassle even though I arrive early and they ask me to sign the paper works. And I decided to come back at 4PM. Maybe the staff on that day do not value the time of their guest. I would not recommend this hotel, you can definitely get a better hotel and service for this price. Not worth it.

I thought the room would be ready by the time i entered the room i even asked the receptionist. Lamp not working, note that the staff will not greet you whenever you pass them. You can hear the vehicles passing outside. Breakfast selection is limited nad the fruits was not that fresh. Overall the room was nice and spacious. We stayed for a night to compare it from Ramada Grand TST in HK.

Do not stay here! We were given a room that had been used and not cleaned properly! The hotel management did not make it right and they continued to lie about the room having been cleaned. There were used toothbrushes, shampoo, slippers, empty water bottles and the rubbish was full.

Our overall stay was wonderful. We had concerns about our booking prior to checking in but it was quickly resolved by the front desk

The hotel allowed us to check out late until 2pm free of charge as stated in our booking as gift of trip.com. The room is spacious enough with 2 queen big beds. Modern design but signage like wifi notice should be taken down or make it professional. The service in the roof deck is excellent. They were kind enough to lend us cutleries though we dis not order. Value for money is good considering 2700 is cheap with breakfast already. Overall, we love our stay.

Nice big room, good WiFi, yummy breakfast, amazing rooftop bar/restaurant with good prices and nice view. Near the Greenbelt area. Just 20 min walking away.

Front desk checked us in quickly. Had to check out at 6 to catch the next flight, and since we paid for breakfast they packed us sandwiches to go, very accommodating of them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly not as clean as the bedroom. It needs some bleach and a scrub...looks like it hasn't cleaned properly in weeks possibly months, otherwise it's a nice hotel. Bar on the room was beautiful.

Room is clean and comfortable. There is the SkyDeck Garden Restaurant at the top so when lazy to go out can just have dinner here. Hotel has no swimming pool but have gym and sauna. Location in Makati, no tourist places in walking distance, better to use Grabcar to go around.

I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others!
