It's a bed and a room. Good for what you need if you need somewhere to stay for the night.

I stay here 2 night Very kind crew they agree with stay hotel after check out in front desk so i don,t have to go cafe or restaurant But they can not speak English so very hard to conversation with them And they didn't empty trash can

The price / quality of this hotel is amazing. Especially for a remote location like Aguas Calientes. We booked a room with 4 single beds, but on arrival there were just 3 beds. Luckily the staff made sure we got an extra room, so thanks for that great service! The breakfast was basic, but good!

The faucet in my room is leaking and the bathroom floor is also wet

They even accommodated me late at night when my train was delayed!

The location is OK, right next to the train station, and it doesn't take long to walk around the town. The "Magna" in the name on the wall outside the hotel and at the front desk has been scratched off (are they planning to change the name?). I passed by the hotel entrance twice but couldn't find it. A young girl who had just started working at the front desk didn't know anything and said that she couldn't check me in because my order was not available. I waited for more than an hour, and Ctrip customer service contacted the hotel owner before letting me check in. The hotel room looked cleaner than the lobby on the first floor, and there were no hooks or rods in the bathroom to hang towels. Don't ask for too high a price.

El hostel está en una zona muy cómoda, cerca de la estación de tren y bus. El área de recepción, podría mejorar. La habitacion,muy cómoda y limpia Tuvieron un inconveniente con el agua caliente ,pero se solucionó finalmente. No brindan con la tarifa, toallas, cosa que deberían aclarar en la reserva. Pero si las alquilan. El personal,súper amables, trataron de solucionar todos los inconvenientes. Algo a destacar, nos permitieron guardar el equipaje después del check out, mientras subíamos a Machupicchu y nos prepararon para llevar el desayuno. También, por la tarde, mientras esperábamos el tren se regreso, pudimos cargar los celulares .
