Hotel is clean and nice, worth it.

Hotel was nice and clean. First hotel in Philippines. A fridge in room would be nice but apart from that all okay. Basic room but good for the price would stay again

Room was renovated recently so it’s new and pleasant. Bright shower room. Check-in time is 2pm so we walked nearby to eat local foods. Took a while for them to check us in. Deposit 1,500 Peso. Large room with 5 switches for lights and a table lamp. I love bright room. Some staff are normal. Some are very energetic with smiles. Front door has safety protection shutter made from steel which indicates that this zone might be not too safe. We arrived by MRT to Magallanes Station and walked through a large area under the highway junction. We visited 2 shopping malls near this station too. Could smoke on 8th floor but they closed before 8pm and didn’t open on Sunday. Can see the local daily lives here. Room rate is good. Wi-Fi didn’t work at the table so I had to sit near the door. 5 receptacles to charge the phone but not one near the beds. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Never will I recommend. Although its budget friendly, the service is very poor. Front desk didn't do anything. I called them multiple times even write them to give notice on early check in they dont response. I arrived 9morning and willing to pay additional for checking in, the previous guests left at almost 10am but never have the room ready until 2pm. Place is incovenient.

Convenient hotel located not so far from NAIA Airport. Just a few blocks from Evangelista street. paid just 20USD all in for a room for 2 people and a baby. It was clean and tidy. Free WiFi provided. Rooms were larger than what you usually expect for this price range. There's a lift so it's ok if you have lots of luggages, although there's a few steep stairs to access the main entrance from the street. 1500php are requested as a deposit.

The place is very ideal and has a good ambiance. I hope to book again when I get the chance to visit metro again.

Stayed for 28 Jul till 2 Aug. While Arzo Hotel Premier is located at a decent location, getting around is quite easy taking the trike or if you prefer Grab. There is no room service for meals although the menu says its from the Rooftop lounge. We wnt to check but found that it was closed for some time. The reception is not manned regularly. There was no hot water in our bathroom througjout our stay although they said they had it repaired. Rooms are located on the 5th, 6th & 7th floor. The 2nd to the 4th floor are the offices of the.Lorenzo group which runs the hotel. The elevator broke down on our 3rd days and was in the process of repair till we left on 2nd Aug. Unfortunately for us, our room was at the 7th floor. Overall I would give the hotel 3 stars on account that the rooms are big & clean, friendly staff and ease of dining (quite a number of food outlets within walking distance).

The hotel I stayed at was overall clean and spacious, but unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. While the room itself was well-maintained, the beddings were not comfortable for me, leading to a restless night's sleep. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning unit. It was old and extremely noisy, located right above the bed. Despite my complaints and request for a room change, the hotel staff promised to update me but never did. This lack of follow-through was disappointing and reflected poorly on their customer service. Another concern was the hotel's location in a flood-prone area. Even a small amount of rain caused dirty floods on the streets. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the issues I experienced during my stay. I hope that they take steps to improve their services and facilities to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Our flight schedule change, And I tried to contact the hotel with the phone # that they put in their website so that I can inform them and request for an early Check-in. Unfortunately the # that they provided was unreachable, when we arrived at the place I think its already 4:30 something in the morning and we found no one in the reception area, Luckily the guard is there he's the one who talked to us. So I told them that I already have a booking and tried to reach out to them for an early check-in but # is unreachable and I tried to ask and beg for them if there's a vacant room available for us so that we can relaxed after a long tiring flight but then againnnn no room is available for an check in. So we dont have any other choice " alangan naman maghintay kami ng almost 10hours pa " THEY SAID THAT THE ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE BY 2PM so we dont have a choice we walk around the neighborhood and look for another place to stay even if its raining and we dont know or we are not familiar with the place. I HOPE THIS WILL SERVE AS AN AWARENESS FOR EVERYONE. And I hope that the # you provided in your website or page is reachable so that your customers can address their changes properly.

The main advantage of Arzo Premier Hotel is its close proximity to the airport and the spacious rooms, which was consistent during my two stays. On my first stay, the room was very clean, neat, and fresh. However, on my second visit, I noticed some declines in cleanliness. The bed sheets did not seem fresh and the pillows had a slight foul odor, indicating they may not have been changed out. The showers also do not have warm water, but this is less of an issue given Manila's hot, humid climate. While the cleanliness has slipped recently, the hotel's main draw of large, comfortable rooms near the airport remains a major plus. To further improve, I would suggest the hotel refocus efforts on keeping rooms meticulously clean, especially bed linens and pillows, as this seems to be the core advantage that originally drew me to stay here. With extra attention on maintaining spotless rooms, Arzo Premier Hotel could continue to be a great option near the airport.
