Stayed here for 3 nights . Was upgraded to a higher suite with dining room and living room . 15 minutes drive from airport to hotel . The great: - great decoration and art work around the entire hotel . 32 rooms so pretty exclusive . - great service as expected from Raffles hotel brand from check in , high tea , evening cocktail , turn down service . - try to meet all your request e.g very early departure for a hiking trip at 4am, hotel prepared a good breakfast to go at 0350am to be delivered to the room that can sustain us for a mountain hike . After the hike, we came back with muddy hiking shoes . As we didn’t want to stain the suite , we asked the hotel to see if they can clean the hiking shoes which they promptly did so by the next day. - excellent spa with steam room , mineral pool and very well equipped gym that made it very exclusive and well main- maintained . - very good service throughout the stay as there are 32 rooms though their is a Fairmont wing - ginormous room, our upgraded suite was easily 100sqm . Entry level suites are 60sqm . - good level of security and good sound-proofing Things that could be improved - breakfast and high tea was limited but probably due to low occupancy of the hotel so they wanted to reduce wastage . - breakfast and high tea is repetitive- if you stay there for 4 days, you get same food and high tea with little rotation - water pressure was pretty low and so was hot water . So bath tub does take a very long time to fill up . - TV could be updated to make it more connectable with personal devices . watches TV - connecting tunnel to shopping mall was out of bounds or closed off, due to some quarantine stuff which meant having to walk in traffic and rain above ground . Hopefully they would open up the underpass like how Philippines is slowly opening up . Would I stay here in Manila again , Yes I would .

Wir waren hier im Januar nach meiner Ankunft in einer Airbnb Unterkunft für eine Woche in diesem Gebäude. Wir konnten keinen Unterschied spüren zwischen den KL Gästen und uns als Airbnb Mieter. Der Service und das Personal waren super. Daher entschlossen wir uns, hier noch einmal eine Woche vor meiner Abreise zu buchen. Diesmal direkt bei KL. (Buchung über eine Hotel- Buchungseite) Wir wurden mit einem Zimmer Upgrade von Premium auf Executive überrascht, ohne es vorab anzufragen. Von Vorteil war für uns auch der kostenlose Parkplatz im Gebäude, da wir mit den Auto unterwegs waren. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Der Zimmerservice war super. Auch bei besonderen Wünschen oder auch Problemen unterstützten sie uns. Wir benötigten Hilfe, da die Autobatterie sich entleert hatte. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Unser Zimmer von KL war sehr sauber, gestaltet in schönen Design und bestens ausgestattet, inclusive der Küche. In der Küche hatte es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass wir auch gut und lange schlafen konnten. Auch die Lage ist erwähnenswert. Die Aussicht auf die Skyline, die Parks vor dem Gebäude, die unzähligen gute Restaurants und Greenbelts ist nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Auch in Bezug auf die Sicherheit hatten wir keine Bedenken. Wir waren oft bis spät Abends/ Nachts zu Fuß unterwegs. Wir können das KL Serviced Residence auf Grund unserer Erfahrungen zu 100 % empfehlen und werden beim nächsten mal wieder hier sein. I arrived in February for a month-long booking that I paid for in full via Expedia well in advance. I booked the wrong date and realised that I needed it changed. There was no direct number to call the hotel on the Expedia website, so I attempted to use the messaging service to contact them directly. It appeared that the hotel staff never got the memo but instead recorded me as a no show and cancelled my month-long booking without a single call or email. They were happy to offer me to pay walk in rate 6x higher than what I was originally paying per day but said they couldn’t reinstate my booking due to ‘system error’. They also never followed up to assist me in solving the issue. I spent double my accommodation budget in two weeks then what I intended to for per month, and no one from management or any of their superior offices assisted me in any way which I spent the whole two weeks following up on. Very disappointing as I had several other bookings consequently staying in the hotel totalling six months. Rooms are nice, but other than that staff are poor and lack any service nor show any care for their customers. They don’t inform you that there is a guest policy there from 10pm and the doorman doesn’t let your visitor in after 8pm. There is no hot water in the showers and internet doesn’t work as you would expect it to (there is one single wifi for the whole building). If you want to stay long term I wouldn’t recommend, save yourself the trouble and stay at the other hotels 100 metres away with better amenities and service. Daytime receptionist and housekeepers are nice. Night receptionist and doorman need service training.

Worst hotel experience. I've made a reservation 6 days prior to my stay only to end up losing the slot. Considering that everything was paid in advance, I didn't get the security. It has inconvenienced me big time. The reception offered a room for my stay. And since I was too tired after a long day, I yielded. Only to be dismayed once again, the room was poorly maintained with broken AC, defective phone, NO TV, NO curtains ... Horrible! This isn't what I have paid for. Called reception but even their lines are disconnected. Went straight to the lobby only to be informed that there's no officer in charge and that decisions are made by whoever staff is present. That time, by a room attendant. Unbelievable. As they noticed my extreme displeasure, they transferred me to a small room to cut me some slack. I paid for a bigger room good for two by the way. And oh man, they unapologetically refused to offer any refund. Not suggesting this place at all.

The location is good. There is a waltermart supermarket nearby and convenience stores around the area. It is also at the middle of the NAIA airport and makati CBD which makes it very acccessible and convenient. The room is very spacious. There is also pool, sauna and gym facilities (with additional small charge) and then some basic appliances inside the room. There is also a TV with subscription but no instruction on how to use it (perhaps im not familiar how to operate netflix on a tv) The room is decent, but not as clean as hotels as there were some small cockroaches roaming around. Lastly, a bit puzzled on the check in and checkout process as no info was provided after booking.

Кондо комплекс не плохой, есть тренажерный зал и бассейн но он очень холодный так как солнце не попадает весь день. Квартира с кухней маленькая студия, так же были замечены несколько тараканов. Расположение удобно рядом супермаркет, рестораны.

Stayed here multiple times and would love to go back again. You get your money's worth with the service and the size of the room. Each room has a bath tub, if you're into that :) Also love their swimming pool and billiards area, and the privacy the area offers. It's also near Greenbelt (mall) and public parks. Would recommend just improving the breakfast menu (or rather the quality) so guests will get their money's worth more ;) Would also recommend looking into having a heater for the swimming pool so it's not too cold sometimes.
