Amazing stay. Perfect location, only a few minutes from the haram. Very accommodation, provided late check out upon request. Staff very helpful. Breakfast variety is good, and overall a great stay

My stay at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah was truly outstanding. The service was excellent, the front desk staff were very professional and welcoming, and the room service was fast and efficient. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Al-Haram, which made performing Umrah very convenient. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

We come from uk 🇬🇧 family of 4 and we got upgrade on arrival to suite room with partial kabba view I really appreciated and thank full for everything and plus breakfast is so delicious and so much variety to choice.. we look forward back inshallah soon ..

We have been staying at this hotel as a family for three years now, and honestly, we would never consider anywhere else. It truly is one of a kind. The staff are exceptional and consistently go above and beyond to make each stay feel special. A heartfelt thank you to the manager (I regret not taking your name) who showed us such kindness in the early hours of 18 August 2025; your thoughtfulness meant the world to us and is something I will never forget. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the Masjid al-Haram, with the Clock Tower and mall right at your doorstep. Staying here makes our Umrah so much easier and more comfortable. ************* for this blessing, and for such an outstanding hotel that we now consider our home in Makkah.

I really enjoy staying in this hotel starting from the receptionist which she do our check in process miss Lama, till we have our ckeck out The supervisor of the information disk was really outstanding All the staff dealing with the guests in very nice way I will not forget the security guards especially Mr. Al Ammary Also the house keeping staff in 19th floor Every think was perfect I have only one small note to the administration of the hotel which is the place of female prayer area is not suitable as it is in the parking & the place is empty & scary for females if they find better prayer place for them it will be better But even so the hotel is fantastic I will recommend this hotel for all my friends who plan to visit Makka city Thank you very much

Best hotel and near the haram

The hotel stay was very good, service was good and staff were all kind and helpful. Only negative was they weren’t able to warm our food up when we asked if they have a microwave. Apart from this the stay was very good.

Perfect 5* , room, breakfast, service, price, location near Masjid. We will return incha'Allah with all my family for Omra or Hajj.

Our name on the tv screen was spelt wrongly for straight 2 days, which was unacceptable. Room facing partial haram view was good. Major setbacks were : 1. the electricity was suddenly cut off for a long 2 hour period 2. same thing with the guests toilet at the lobby, no electricity.

Great location. Breakfast buffet is amazing with a fresh bakery on site and various cuisines. We were fortunate to have lounge access, even the food served here was at a high standard. Stayed at this hotel several times and always left impressed.

Both of you, the trip.com and the hotel hyatt regency and the worst experience ever and never again.  So stingy.

Had an excellent stay in room 1911 with good food for the visit to haram. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel is outstanding. View to haram is good also with masjid facility in hotel premises. Hospitality was great and housekeeping staff Mr.Mohammed Farhan and Mr. Abdul was prompt on their service. Keep up the good work and kudos to the entire team.
