The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's interior and exterior are very beautiful, and it's conveniently located for easy access. It take about 5 min to Jonker night market. It not far by walking to river view.

Best, comfortable n convenient hotel, just park ur car front or back hotel 300meter distance to Jonker Walk. Kid love the room very much with jacuzzi facilities n huge space in the room.

Nice hotel with baba and nyonya style with good hospitality and nice ambiance, bathroom is neat and clean, staff are helpful especially Firdaus, Naven and Michelle. Location is strategic, walking distance to Jonker street, We will come back again!

Lovely hotel within walking distance to Jonker Street. Rooms are spacious and quality of the toiletries are good. Would like to compliment front desk staff named Leong who is friendly and helpful, the eating places recommended by him did not disappoint, turns out to be the best meals in the trip!

Its very last min stay but it amazed us with very helpful security to look for parking，environment and accessible to surround. the only problem we faced is the hair dryer hahaha but hotel is really fast react to solve the issue definitely will go back again！

First time staying at Baba House Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean with lifts available for every floor. Loved the decorations in the hotel which gives an ideal of what a Baba’s house really looked like. Location was great as it is within walking distance to Jonker Street with its night market & interesting shops around the vicinity. Spoilt for choice as there are numerous Peranakan restaurants nearby as well as cafes, local delights and chendol. Many shops selling Malacca local products are also within walking distance. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. Service is very good from all staff and room is clean with alot of amenities and nice design. Can improve on towel cleanliness alot of residue and sticks on skin when wiping. Parking is very limited. And sound proofing is very bad! We exceptionally love the library with board games and cards room.

Location is excellent, just behind jonker st, the service is warm and room is clean, and no sewage smell detected on 2nd floor, but the sound proofing is not good, u can hear people speaking along the corridor, maybe putting up a sign to remind and ask people to speak softly along the corridor will helps.

A heritage hotel full of old peranankan feel. Very clean and well equipped room. Though size is consider small, you will see the queen size bed upon entering the room. Walking distance to Jonker street. There is private parking but limited lots.

Booked for my parents and they both love the beauty of the hotel. Staff were very accommodating to my request to add extra bed in the room. Thank you for the great help! I will choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit melaka.

Overall are good! Just some minor improvements: can consider to upgrade the hairdryer since the current one need keep pressing to dry the hair and include yoghurt in breakfast.

Second time visit here, but this time visiting on Sat. much more crowded, location convenience, free parking but first come first serve basic. Cultural heritage design. Gym room there also. Welcome drink 😻 but for the breakfast maybe need to improve a bit
