So it’s reasonably close to the airport but nevertheless €20 in a taxi which is similar to a cab into central Malaga. Rooms are basic with the usual ibis pod bathroom . Breakfast was better than expected . There’s also coffee, vending machines and a microwave in the reception. Was better than expected but at €110 not exactly budget. The neighbourhood is mainly major highways but there is an Aldi next door.

Easy to locate and have plants of parking spaces , room is tidy and cozy, environment is nice and quiet. Breakfast is delicious, staff members are friendly and helpful

The rooms are clean and tidy (in the bathroom a cup in glass, wrapped in plastic ...). A comfortable bed with a soft mattress, so your sleep is guaranteed. On the street side (also at the back?) there is a meter-high window with a balustrade. This gives a pleasant view. Across the street (see the photos of the hotel) there are some pubs and eateries, without music so just some pleasant chatting visitors. If you prefer peace and tranquillity, close the double window (consisting of two double-glazed doors). These four glass plates guarantee absolute silence. MINUS Only accommodation, no breakfast. But next to the supermarket is a pub (Luchi) that serves a great simple breakfast (in 2023 from 9 am). We stayed there twice, each time a very positive experience. good sound proofing, lightproof window blinds, compact room equipment. just a short walk from train station, check-in was quick and efficient. will definitely stay again. lack of cloths hangers ( just 2) and an unfortunate placing of hooks just 50cm from floor to hang your shopping bags of something, you see that ppl desperately looked for additional hooks and took out those decorative metal plates. but its something that eventually will get fixed after time.

arrived early afternoon, room was ready, staff on reception were very welcoming and spoke good english. Hotel room was very spacious and modern, came complete with mini kitchenette with microwave, Kettle ,fridge ,etc also safe and air conditioning. Good sized bathroom, seperate toilet and great shower. good temperature control and powerful also had a bath as well. good location just about 10 minute walk from old town although other bars and restaurants slightly closer. Not the cheapest place in town but on the whole good value. Definitely worth a visit for a few nights stopover.

We stayed at Coeo Apartments for 6 days in May 2024 and enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything we needed or required. The location of the apartment could not have been better, right in the heart of Malaga, Old Town, but no noise at all when inside the apartment. My only suggestion would be to install a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom due to the very soft lighting. I found it a bit difficult applying makeup each day.

In general we loved this hotel! Friendly, helpful staff, great location in the heart of Malaga old town, quirky boutique hotel, clean and comfortable to say the least. Unfortunately,a total nightmare occurred! Awoken our second morning at 7.40, with an intruder in our room! They had a key and let themselves in!! I was in a deep sleep only to awaken to see a man standing next to my side of our bed! I screamed and yelled and he disappeared, only to return again a minute later as they opened the door again with a key,!! I screamed and screamed and they left! We felt so vulnerable, and luckily our cash etc was locked away in the room safe. The receptionist and hotel management had no idea how/why this happened! ????? No inside secondary locks or chain on the inside of our door either. That needs to be addressed Toc Hotel!

It is very clean and well organised hostel/hotel. The staff there were super friendly. The location is perfect. Every place is in walking distance! Definitely will stay with them again in the future

It is a good stay for a solo trip. The location is perfect, close to travel destinations, and the room is spacious, very clean, and bright. There is a bakery on the ground floor where the bread is tasty, but the swimming was not open in April during my stay, anyway I am very satisfied with this booking.

From a travel point of view this alternative lifestyle hostel/Capsule hotel is a refreshing change from the norm . I have stayed several times mainly because I love Málaga and the Malagueta Playa is so convenient for many attractions ~ Muelle Uno and the Port,restaurants and bars and 15 minutes walk to the fabulous Alcazaba, Teatro Romana Amphitheatre and Gibralfaro Mirador entrance and the Historic Quarter. I enjoy most of the facilities of Futurotel and am Hugely impressed at the Hard Work of the ' Small' staff team of dedicated people Recently I heard that 3 staff members were summarily dismissed by the Cash oriented conscienceless Owners/ Management . I understand the Reception team have joined the Union to support their very clear case for Employees terms and conditions and fare pay. I wish them every success because it's the Reception/Housekeeping team that makes the Futurotel a success. I URGE any Clients/Guests to consider this and Question the Punitive activities of the owner against this hard working Hotel Family.
