What an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is in an elevated position in the hills above Playa de La Caleta, Malaga. The views are lovely. We received a warm welcome, given a brief tour of the facilities and reassured that staff would be available for anything that we needed. We had beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds and sumptuous quality linens, bathroom robes and toiletries. We dined on the terrace and really enjoyed the food here. What makes this hotel a little extra special are the amazing staff members. They are friendly, attentive and professional. It really was an absolute delight to stay here and would love to stay again. The service at this hotel was outstanding, I was really made to feel special. The building is beautiful, especially the marble staircase and terrace overlooking the sea. My room was very tastefully and luxuriously decorated, it didn’t have a view, but the price was commensurate for that. Overall the hotel gives an experience of mid tier luxury (not very very top level ala Bulgari hotel, but definitely premium). My biggest complaint is with regards to the gym and spa. The gym is ok, if small, has a squat rack which is great. But there is no locker room or changing area next to it! Any other five star hotel I’ve been to would have a luxurious locker room with a sauna and hot tub etc. Here there wasn’t even a place to change! I had to go back to my room and change into my gym gear the first time I went. Then there is the ‘spa’. Some hot tubs, relaxation areas and a sauna. Very nice, but a €25 EXTRA for guests!! What kind of a luxury hotel charges extra for use of the sauna?! Aside from this, I very much enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay here again.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben ein Upgrade erhalten und das Zimmer war sehr gross. Auch das Bett war super riesig und bequem. Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert. Frühstück war auch toll: es gab Buffet + à la carte. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Elegimos este hotel para asistir al Festival de Cine de Málaga. Acierto total . Dispone de parking concertado que se abona aparte , pero no nos hizo falta pues se puede aparcar con facilidad en los alrededores del hotel sin problema, por lo menos en estas fechas. En 15 minutos andando estas en el centro de Málaga. Tiene parada de autobús al lado del hotel que lo hace muy cómodo . Compramos una tarjeta de transporte y la fuimos cargando, lo que nos facilitó mucho movernos por la ciudad a un coste más económico. Habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. Baño perfecto, con separación entre aseo y ducha/WC. Desayuno buffet muy variado y suficientemente en cantidad y calidad. Atención del personal muy amable atenta y profesional, tanto en recepción como en los desayunos. Si vuelvo a Málaga , repetiré sin duda.

We stayed here in June with friends to celebrate my wife’s birthday for 4 nights, the first thing that I must say impressed us was the charming building & front garden / pool area that was spotlessly clean. Upon entering the reception area you receive the most fabulous friendly welcome that is replicated by all the staff that is committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. The public areas are spotless with the rooms that are themed by idol bygones like Audrey Hepburn, etc. the rooms are beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds, fluffy towels, TV & tea/ coffee making facilities. This is a small 7 bedroom boutique style villa hotel with a lift, that is only a 10 min walk to the beach front & a 5 min taxi ride to the centre of Malaga at a cost of only 5 Euros on average. The perimeter of the hotel has a key code door with a high wall for security & privacy, there is an honesty refrigerator containing all your favourite drinks in reception (water, coke, beer, wine, prosecco,) & snacks. I must stress nothing is too much trouble for this hotel; for instance if there is something you would like that is not available they will do their best to provide it the next day. We loved the building the relaxed atmosphere, the staff & our breakfast wich included hot & cold selection cooked fresh to order, they do not serve lunch or evening meals but there are some amazing restaurants in the city & one on the beach itself which you can’t miss if you walk directly to the sea front called Chiringuito Oasis, FANTASTIC FOOD! The apartment is well located to the old town and sites, with a 20 minute walk to the harbour. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity. The apartment was clean and well laid out, with a comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with rain shower and new finishes. The kitchen is well equipped. The communication and assistance from Coeo is exceptional, quick and very helpful. You can also leave your luggage with them before and after checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here! Only con is that more comfortable pillows are needed.

This is a gem of a new hotel. Great value for money. Lovely helpful staff. Room was very clean. It's only a 25 min walk to the old town ( alternatively there is a bus stop right outside) Satisfactory breakfast. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel that serves delicious sandwiches and cakes and also alcohol. There is a shopping centre with a large supermarket next door. Some local restaurants we used El Zodiaca and El Pescatita de Luys.

We have just returned from a wonderful second visit to the Suites del Pinter. This very well equipped accommodation is immaculate. There is a lovely roof terrace with sunbeds and sofas. Perfectly situated and only a short walk to the city’s historic centre. All staff are very welcoming, kind and helpful. The Teatro de Cervantes is just a 150 meters down the Road where we experienced a performance by the Malaga Philamonic Orchestra and 80plus persons choir. Amazing! Also close was the Museo de Arte Flamenco,Peña Juan Breva where we enjoyed an incredible evening of passionate flamenco in an authentic setting. Malaga has so much to offer and staying in this accommodation made our holiday extra special.

Quiero explicar a cualquier persona que dude en hosped**** aquí que no lo piense y reserve sí o sí. Dos experiencias hemos tenido y las dos sensacionales. Gerald abre su casa, que es El Riad andaluz, y te trata como un miembro de la familia. La profesionalidad y el cariño en el trato, su emplazamiento en la ciudad, relación calidad-precio óptima, las habitaciones estupendas así como el resto de las instalaciones, la información y ayuda que te dan desde antes de llegar (transportes, enlaces para aeropuerto, líneas de bus urbano que quedan cerca)… y así un largo etcétera. Mi marido y yo somos viajeros exigentes y no nos gusta cualquier cosa. Leemos las críticas de Trip Advisor con interés y por eso creemos que es imprescindible que El Riad Andaluz sea valorado con la máxima puntuación.
