I was getting married to a local Lady Javanese so the best way to finish the day was to have a good night in a very good position and place hotel Honeymoon sweet. The staff was so nice and attention to all small details that was making my stay so pleasant and wonderful. Highly recommended to everyone.

Just go away from this hotel. I booked for superior with kingsize bed, when i checked in, they told that only twin bed available. Well, then i take the key and find my room. Surprisingly the room is sooo bad, the lamp is broken, no hot water, no tv channel at all, wifi isn't working, dirty and spot on linen and pillow. And the best part is the bed is so uncomfortable, so i decided to ask for refund and walk out the hotel, they told me that they can't help me with the refund. The best part is when i ask for refund the receptionist is having me with his mouth full of food, very bad service and place, also spooky. I stayed in room 333 if you wonder

設施衹能説是一般話，相當於國內的民宿。晚上房間的隔音不太好，隔壁有人三更半夜在聊天也能夠聽到，但是相對而言瑪琅衹是過站，可以住上一晚。

This hotel has the worst service I've ever experienced. And the front desk, FENI. and the manager ANIE are the worst people I've ever encountered in hospitality industry.(photos attached). My experience was, I came with two other people. Booked and paid two rooms for 3 days 2 nights. Check in process, the front desk lady isn't even warm at all. Very rude. And she asked for deposit. And I said I got no cash so I will just go in the room first, and waiting for my other friend to arrived from the airport to just pay the deposit later upon their arrival. She rudely said NO. I asked nicely but she again said NO. She said I just need to wait, or use my credit card. And because her attitude was already HORRIBLE, I then refused to go along with her request. She then added ”You're from the big city, impossible you have no money”. Unbelievable. Long story short, I asked for the manager and surprisingly, the manager is no help either. She even more rude. Once she said ”you got no cash? People from big city must have credit card right?” Yet I still asked for help and understanding to pay in a couple hours. She said ok, (rudely) asked for ID card of three of us until we pay the deposit. Then I agreed. But because I left my wallet at home, I gave her my passport. And she touched the passport and said rudely ”I don't want this, I want ID card!”. I don't understand how she doesn't consider passport is a legitimate government ID. Then we decided to better leave and book another hotel instead staying at this already HORRIBLE hospitality. They also doesn't want to give us refund. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DONT STAY

Checked in on a Thursday, price about $120. Room was excellent. Spacious. Bed comfortable. Very quiet. We were on 7th floor but elevator service was timely. Very seldom give a 5 star review but this hotel was great. Connected to ****** And choices where to eat.

Nice hotel with clean room and toilet.... delicious breakfast... next to General Hospital of Malang, and very close to City Hall Monument of Malang. Although there is no swimming pool, doesn't make this hotel not recommended

Sebagus & senyaman ituuuu prends. Ga nyangka bakalan betah. Feels like home deh beneran. Melebihi ekspektasi bgt sih ini. Awalnya cuma book 1 hari doang. Eh nambah lagi sehari. Skrg mau book lagi buat 3 hari ke depan. Semuanya serba awesome. Kamar mandi bersih, tempat sholat beraih, room nyaman, staff juga ramah. Cuuus ga pake ragu mau stay di Bobobox :)
