Hotel Malang dengan Sarapan

Super great hotel. Really clean, nice staff and amazing, I mean amazing, breakfast. The breakfast had so many western and Indonesian options. Even some Chinese options that I was happy to see. They can even make fresh noodles or cook eggs for you. The staff was so accommodating. We went on a three day trip and they let us keep our luggage there for those days. They also helped up to order taxis and figure out how to get train tickets. Next to the hotel is a nice bakery, I enjoyed eating their sweets while drinking some tea provided by the hotel and looking out the window 😊

Skip this hotel and never set foot in this property, you'll thank yourself later. - The customer service and staff was really bad. They told us they'd inform us once the second room was ready but they never called us. We had to call the reception again to check the status of the room. - The owner and or management of this hotel have let this hotel into disrepair. They have closed the main escalators that was supposed to be the main entrance to get into the hotel. The interior of the hotel also looked worn and not maintained, everything fell apart and dirty. - Very noisy surrounding as it's located next to a train station.

Nice hotel, for a place to stay a couple nights. They validate parking in the underground parking garage. The front staff was very friendly and the room was clean and pretty modern. Great value for the price.

The room not spacious but cozy for stay and clean. Good location and too silent at the evening, old building and vintage but good maintenance and minimalis style at room. Concern for deposit, need 200K for deposit it’s unworth it for budget hotel.

Room bersih, pelayanan ramah dan cepat, tapi sayang menu sarapan kurang bervariasi. Lokasi tepat di pusat kota jadi kemana mana dekat. Furniture masih bagus, pencahayaan juga banyak dan artistik. AC dingin, air panas lancar

Location was good and near many things. However, the room had no windows and had a musty smell from the toilet.

Our room, facing the pool and the mall, was spacious, clean, and plain, without decorations. The room looked efficient and institutional, rather like a schoolroom. In fact, the echoing shouts of children playing in. and passing through, the halls throughout the morning, day and evening, made it feel as if our bedroom was one of many rooms in an elementary school. Probably more families than usual are on staycations during weekends. The breakfast from 6-10 am was good with many choices in the buffet and a lot of staff providing support. All of the staff are friendly and eager to be of service. The hotel is in a very convenient location. We took a taxi to the hotel, and we didn't know if the driver would be charged Rp. 10,000 for parking after he left us, so we felt compelled to pay the driver for parking, just in case. We discovered later that usually they don't charge for parking if the car is in the complex for less than 10 minutes. The reception staff told us that, if the driver parks his car (somewhere) and comes to the reception desk with us, he can get a document that will exempt the car from the parking charge, but it was always less of a thrash just to pay the parking charge. Considering the price, we feel the Aria Gajayana provides an average value on weekends.

The Sahid Montana Dua Hotel, which is located in the middle of Malang city, is very suitable for families who want to spend the night in a beautiful atmosphere. When you first enter you are greeted by the staff with a friendly smile and you are treated to a welcome drink. The facilities are complete for the room, there is a refrigerator, toilet, TV, wifi and it is very clean. Breakfast is also satisfying and delicious. Swimming also features tire rental. Really recommend it.
