Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every detail exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect. It is conveniently situated near Tiananmen Square, the subway station, and the night market, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying the vibrant local atmosphere. The hotel’s design is elegant, sophisticated, and thoughtfully curated. However, what impressed us most was how beautifully comfort and luxury were combined. The adjustable bed provided exceptional support and allowed us to personalize our sleeping experience. Every detail in the room reflected quality and care. The bathroom amenities were excellent, the soap had a delightful fragrance, and the tea provided in the room was among the finest we have ever enjoyed. The complimentary fruit basket was always fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The vegetarian breakfast was an unforgettable surprise. The variety, creativity, and quality of the dishes were remarkable. Even as frequent travelers, we have rarely encountered vegetarian cuisine prepared with such excellence and attention to flavor. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The housekeeping team demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and genuine pride in their work. Our room was maintained perfectly every day. Most importantly, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Kelly (Miss Lui). Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. She consistently went above and beyond to assist us, offering valuable recommendations and helping with every request we had. Her warm greetings, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Kelly represents the very best of hospitality, and she played a significant role in making this trip so special for us. Hotel is new. Simple, new and clean. Staff are helpful. It’s walkable to Jinfengmen metro. It’s near residential and hence no shopping except a market downstairs which is a good experience too. As there are quite a few Ji hotel, got to check the correct one when u book didi.

好多年沒有住過橘子酒店了，這次機緣巧合選訂了這家。有一些小插曲，我們入住很晚，大概22:30，我的攜程的鑽石會員，想着問下早餐的事情，各種不行，還被告知在系統裏看不到會員級別，從來沒有這種情況！最終又下載APP，有登陸等等，才勉強送了我，才入住。酒店很新，設施相對齊全。房間內無任何異味，讓我對桔子酒店有了改觀。浴液，洗手液等等都是清淡的橘子清香。床墊是軟硬不是我喜歡的類型，兩種枕頭可供選擇，提供了方便，一種偏軟，一種應該是記憶棉材質。酒店隔音還不錯，臨街的話也不吵。意見，沒有提供一次性馬桶墊，可改進。早餐環節，種類不多，整體水平一般吧，如果讓我花費48元購買，真心會覺得不值得！總之入住體驗感還算不錯。早餐種類可豐富更多種類！

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, betul-betul di sebelah Wangfujing. Terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah dan kedai terkenal berdekatan. Terdapat juga McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks dan % kedai kopi, dsb. Ia betul-betul bersebelahan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Kota Terlarang, yang sangat mudah. Hotel ini mempunyai mesin basuh dan pengering untuk kegunaan percuma. Sarapan pagi lebih sihat, tetapi juga lazat. Setiap pekerja hotel juga sangat sopan dan mesra melayan kami. This was our first Beijing hotel and they set the bar way too high compared to the two hotel I’ve been so far. They greeted us at the entrance with courtesy right as we stepped in, gilded us thoroughout the check in process, then efficiently navigated us to our rooms after a long and tiring 20 hour flight. Rooms were brightly light, clean, shower can be standing, hand held, or both (the other cheaper hotels only allow one or the other rarely both at once), and had a nice window view. Air conditioning was was easy to use but there is a slot by the window for outside air if needed. The toilet is equipped with a high end bidet, keeping your bottom warm the moment you make contact, and covered by a one time use cover giving me a worry free cleanliness. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel smelled great and was one of the better ones, but this is subjective as it is kind of powerful. Free water bottle and cupped ice was a nice added touch. There’s also some snacks (cookie and candy) at the reception area. Hotel staff was friendly and helped us order our high speed train tickets and answered all our inquiry with care and detail. Some things to improve on would be better sound proofing (could hear outside conversations from door), the curtain control didn’t work (very minor just use your hand, it’s a plus if it did work), shower seems to have tiny hole under the door that leak a tiny amount of water into the toilet side, and maybe add another small chair to sit or put things on. The location was a bit further in than expected but it was worth the few extra steps for a such a nice and comfortable place to stay. This review comes from the excellent experience I’ve had and I wouldn’t bother otherwise. I was not pressured to leave a review, unlike the ones I’ve booked after this, and feel bad not to after all the great things they’ve done. I would have stayed longer knowing what I know now and would have taken more pictures to remember my stay (I didn’t plan on reviewing any hotels at all). I’d highly recommend this place if you can’t decide where to stay and your deciding factor is based on comfort. I’m sure I’m not the only one feeling this way.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beijing! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests, and their hospitality truly made my stay more comfortable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay, and I really appreciated coming back to a clean and organized room every day. The location is also excellent. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore Beijing and get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, which was very convenient during my stay. The staff were definitely one of the highlights of my experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made me feel very welcome as an international traveler. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to the city!

The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. I do not mind taking a taxi into the city if it means getting such a large room. However, the gym, steam room, and swimming pool seem to be managed by an outside operator rather than directly by the hotel, so that part may not be as good. That said, the room itself is really nice. It also has a washer-dryer, and the kitchen area is fully equipped, so it is very convenient to order delivery and enjoy a meal in the room. ห้องใหญ่มาก ๆ สะดวกสบายสุด ๆ ยอมนั่งแท็กซี่เข้าเมืองเอาแลกกับห้องใหญ่ ๆ แต่ว่า ฟิตเนส สตีม สระว่ายน้ำ ดูเป็นของให้ภายนอกมาจัดการไม่ใช่ของทางโรงแรมโดยตรง เลยอาจจะไม่ค่อยดีมากครับ แต่ห้องคือดีนะ มีเครื่องซักอบด้วย โซนครัวอุปกรณ์พร้อมสั่งเดลิเวอร์มาทานที่ห้องสบาย ๆ 房间非常大，住起来特别舒服。为了换到这么大的房间，我觉得坐出租车进市区也完全值得。 不过，健身房、蒸汽房和游泳池看起来像是由外部机构运营的，不是酒店直接管理的，所以体验可能没有那么好。 但房间本身真的很不错，还有洗烘一体机，厨房区域的设备也很齐全，点外卖回房间吃非常方便。 部屋はとても広くて、すごく快適でした。これだけ広い部屋に泊まれるなら、市内までタクシーで移動するのも十分ありだと思います。 ただ、ジム、スチームルーム、プールはホテル直営ではなく、外部が運営しているように見えたので、そこはあまり良いとは言えないかもしれません。 でも、部屋自体は本当に良かったです。洗濯乾燥機もありますし、キッチン設備もそろっているので、デリバリーを頼んで部屋でゆっくり食事するのにもとても便利でした。

The hotel is 15-20min by foot from nearest metro station. The room was huge and has surprisingly good soundproofing. My room got a free upgrade but it didnt feel like it. The bathroom was relatively clean but the soaps werent replenished for a long time. The bedroom wasnt very clean, the carpet never vaccumed, random trash left at the edges of the room and in the corner after previous guests. There are also rubber covers on the tables for protection but it just looks and feels bad. The section where table is didnt have overhead light only big table lamp that didnt help. The tea pot wasnt cleaned in long timw either but inside of kettle was clean. The bed was spacious and firm, pillows also ok, i slept well. There are delivery robots, hotel can also accept packages on your behalf. There is smell of cigarettes near the elevator. The service was very professional and kind.

整體還不錯 地理位置很好，離地鐵H安站很近，走路就能過去，樓下有超市 吃的，很方便，停車就在門口，比較推薦
